This company is a joke. They cheat their caregivers out of wages, keeping $5 an hour for “administrative fees” which is code for nothing more than matching a caregiver with a client. So if a client hires a caregiver for an eight hour day, the office gets $40 and the caregiver that does all the work only gets $80! They offer no formal training for their caregivers and will hire people with no previous experience. Stay away from this company at all costs.
I was discharged today from Capital after receiving 3 weeks of in-home Physical Therapy. I had Left Hip Replacement surgery on May 15, 2018.... today I am walking without the aide of walker or cane... in just 3 weeks post op-I attribute this to the care I was given... I cannot say enough about the fantastic care I received from my PT Therapists...Eric, Jessica, and Martini and nurse Deborah.... they were all excellent representatives of your company, giving me excellent care and support , they were all professional and knowledgeable .. I will proudly recommend your company to others seeking Home Health care.... Thank you all..... Constance (Connie) Kowat

In the past 4 years I have taken my machine there three times today will be the fourth...the machine does not work correctly however when I take it there the tech plugs it in and it will work...took , hand carried it on a trip. I just returned plugged it in and once again it does not work. Tried every plug in my house and it does not work. visited my friend out of state and another lady friend went with me. We shared a room with twin beds in my other friends house. she said the machine turned off by itself at night and she woke me because I was gasping for air. Taking the machine again to Huebner Oaks. I am wondering if the darn thing will work there again. Also the other company was supposed to be replacing my machine, however I found out that when they did they did not give me a new machine they gave me an old one so how is that for treating the customer right and in fact my insurance was and is paying for it. However no one is listening or fixing the situation. Very tired form lack of sleep and disgusted with the company's service. Will be writing a complaint to Medicare and tricare for this situation if it does not get resolved today! Very disappointed in all aspects of service.
Highly do NOT recommend. I came home from work recently and found no caregiver from SA Visiting Angels (De Zavala Road). My mother with dementia was still in bed in her nightgown soaked in urine, pull ups unchanged and soiled. I called to find out what happened. There was a scheduling conflict with the caregiver, but the office never sent anyone out to cover the shift. SA Visiting Angels abandoned my mother. The caregiver agreement was cancelled and complaint filed with the Department of Aging and Disability Services.
They have a nurse named Alex Harvey that steals patients medications and sells it! I reported this twice and nothing happened.
I first heard about Integrity Senior Care from a commercial on a local Christian radio station. It led me to 3 years of wonderful companionship for my 92 year old father. He was treated like a family member and not just a client. And, he thought of them as friends - not just caregivers. The day I heard about Integrity Senior Care was the day I was able to rest assured my father's days were safe, secure, and comfortable. I can not recommend them enough.Elden E. S
