The Invitation Chicks was one of the best wedding vendors my fiance and I have come across. The Invitation Chicks is an adorable store with great selection as well as knowledgeable and charismatic staff. Our order proceeded exactly as the staff member whom we placed the order with explained it would at our time of purchase. I was emailed a proof of my Save the Date & Invitation the very next day! I was HIGHLY impressed with the responsiveness of the business owner by email. I had emailed her with a question one evening past 7:00pm and was very surprised to see that by the next morning at 8:00am when I again checked my email she had already responded. I was not anticipating such an expedient response. The rest of our emails to each other were equally as prompt. I was kept up to date throughout the process and knew exactly what the finished product would look like. I picked my entire order up today and all of the stationary is absolutely stunning. The quality of my invitations, the promptness of their service, the helpfulness of their staff and their pricing all contribute to the great value this business provides. I personally shopped around at TLC Invitations and other invitation companies online and found The Invitation Chicks to be the greatest value. I am SO happy I decided to give them my business. I am highly pleased and recommend The Invitation Chicks to anyone looking for a personalized experience and a high quality product.
We ordered items from their photography group and did not receive our entire order. We waited a month for them to complete the order and then called to inquire about the item. We were informed by the employee that they were not able to get the item anymore, as would issue a refund check. We wait…

Let me start out by saying that this store has every kind of accesory you could possibly want, but the best part is the prices!!! My aunt only shops at high end stores, so when she told me about your store I was skeptical. I could not believe how many accesories I found that fit my style right o…
I recently purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancée from Moretti's, and we couldn't be happier. Ruben took great care to listen to what I was looking for and show me diamonds that aligned with my requests perfectly. He brought in several stones they didn't have in stock very quickly. When I described the type of band I was looking for, he showed me a picture that was spot on, exactly what I wanted. Other local shops went straight for the book of bands and we started flipping through options, which was overwhelming. Overall he took a very consultative approach to the entire experience, which I really appreciated. We will absolutely be back to look for our wedding bands. Any sufficiently expensive piece of jewelry should be specifically insured. This can be done quite easily through an existing home owners or renters insurance policy, and the cost is quite low when you consider the thought of replacing the ring yourself. This is true of any jewelry you'd buy from anywhere. I'd highly recommend Moretti's to anyone who is in the market for a piece of wonderful jewelry. I looked all across San Antonio and am very pleased with the ring Ruben helped put together for us. Thank you Ruben!
Laura Charlton has such a command of color, her jewelry is so dramatic, so daring! When I think of the time she must spend laboring over precise details in each of her designs; I'm in total amazement. I first met Laura at the annual Ethan Allen Arts Fair. I entered a beautiful room decorated in fabulousl fabrics and furnishings, and there was this deligtful, regal woman all dressed in aquas, turquoise, and rich shades of pink. But it was the jewelry she was wearing that drew me to her exhibit; it was so exotic. As I looked around her display tables, I couldn't decide what pieces to purchase, her inventory was vast. I wanted to talk to her but the people at the show were buzzing all around her. I went serching for the friends I arrived with, found them and quickly dragged them over to Laura's part of the show. They of course fell in love with her work and we all ended up buying numerous pieces. Finally, towards the end of the show, we were able to chat with her and made an instant connection. If you don't have a Charlton original piece of work, you are missing out. Give her a call, you will adore her, she is such fun, and her work is like none you've seen before!
I am from Fort Worth. TX, and last fall I was in San Antonio with my girlfriend. We were celebrating our one year anniversiary of being together. I had plans to propose to her on the riverwalk after dinner. I wanted to capture the moment when I proposed, so I needed to hire a photographer to get it done. I went online and found Mr. Bryd. I called him, and he and his wife were very nice people. I corresponded with him via email to tell him which restaurant we would be at, and what time we would be leaving. He really helped me keep it under wraps from her. After dinner, we walked down The Riverwalk, and Mr.& Mrs. Byrd followed us from a distance. When I finnally got down on one knee, Joel caught the whole thing on film. She was STUNNED!! We then took several more photos in front of The Riverwalk, and upon my arrival home, he sent us the CD with all of the pictures on it. It was a strange task for a photographer to do, but he was very helpful, and did a great job. I suggest anyone looking for good and professional people to work with, to give Mr. Byrd a call. Thanks!
I have been a bridesmaid many times, but never the bride. Now I have my chance! I remember going to a little shop in medical center with my best friend last year and she got the most beautiful invitations. I couldn't remember the name but I remembered where they were. I was a little nervous when I went in not sure if they could give me what I was looking for. Boy, did they exceed my expectations. I can't wait to go back and order our invitations!: This place is really great! The people here are really helpful and are very nice. I bought my save the date magnets here and I plan to return to buy my wedding invitations here also. They made my experience with ordering my magnets such a pleasure and it was simple. With all the wedding hassles that take place, I left their shop with exactly what I wanted and it was affordable too. I was even able to customize my save the date with my own design and colors! I'm glad I remembered them and look forward to visiting them again soon for my wedding invitations.
I went to Diamontrigue to enhance my wife's diamond wedding set. I was able to purchase just the right gold rings to slide upon her finger, on either side of the diamond ring that she has since we got married. Keith know his stuff in the gold and jewelry business in San Antonio, as well as trends nationwide. Just north of Alamo Heights, and near Lincoln Heights, this legendary location is in a small shopping center called Dijon Plaza at 7701 Broadway. It's in the plaza behind the other stores and restaurants. (at http://dijonplaza.com/ot… if you need help)
There are so many reasons I'm happy we chose Joel as our wedding photographer. My request to him was to professionally document our wedding without going over the top. This is exactly what he did. I love our photos and the price was very reasonable. In addition, I enjoyed working with Joel and his wife, Charlene. They were very friendly and personable, and they made me laugh which put me at ease. They worked together beautifully -- a wonderful example of a great pair, in their work and in their life together. I highly recommend Joel A Byrd Photography.
Just happened by this lovely little store. Was just told they had recently relocated. I have been looking around town for someone that specializes in embroidery and monogramming items. How lucky was I to have found this shop!! Not only are the prices just right for my pocketbook but the Staff was the nicest group of gals I have come across in quite a while. I highly recommend this adorable shop. Not only do they specialize in embroidery items they also have fun and unique gifts as well as a HUGE!!! invitation area in the back of the shop.
The best place to go in San Antonio for selling your coins. They gave me the best rate in town for my silver coins. I had called 4 other business establishments and each one was offering to pay $2-$4 dollars less per coin than what I was paid at Harry's! The gentleman at Harry's was very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest and even threw in a few extra bucks to round out the purchase price. I most certainly will recommend Harry's to everyone! I'm glad I went to Harry's!
Excellent service. Harry personally gave me his time and explained the process of buying my coins and jewelry from me. He helped me decide what to sell etc. and even took some pieced on consignment because they were too beautiful to remove just the gold settings from. He made me feel very special and gave me good prices for my items. I would recommend him to anyone. Please tell your friends to go to Harry's if you need to buy or sell gold, coins or jewelry.
