The driver sometimes is to early are to later. I almost had to cancel are I was go to be charge for no show are calling within 24 hours cancellation. But wasn't my fault it was the drives fault. He put other people before when he knew I was suppose to be there before the other people. And the waiting to be pick it unexcusable. I was left there almost 4 hours and the second time I waited 2 1/2 hours. I am Diabetic and had not to eat and me having to wait that long is was getting sick. There was only one of drivers and he had excuse for been late all the time. There was one van was dirty and it smell bad.
This is the worst transportation company . The vans smell and the owner /driver is a creepy creepy man. plus the service is really bad.

ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES! When they do answer the telephone, the guy who answers the telephone for Turimex in San Antonio..210 223-1333, is one of the rudest most verbally abusive operator I have ever spoken with. I called on 4/23/2014 at 3:45 p.m. and he did not answer until almost an hour later. it never went into hold mode either. His command of the English language is poor. HORRIBLE SERVICE. After seeing all the reviews on the web, this company is not one I would trust. They say the drivers are reckless and speed.
Service and courtesy dissappear the soon change drivers in Laredo, tx. I honestly could be doing something else,but I want to take the time to help people save money. Let me just start by saying that this bus line IS HORRIBLE. Horrible. Seriously,the staff is beyond rude! To the point that I almost cursed someone out..which i didn't ,and I'm a very patient person. The staff is so unhelpful,so what are they doing to earn money? Stand in there phone and be rude. The bus ride is fairly ok....well,it depends who is around you. The bus smells after an hr or so. It smells like poop.IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY YOURSELF be careful because all of the bus stations are ugly and super unsafe at night....and filthy. I became disabled 2 yrs ago, at 46 yrs old I am still in my right mind. one morning I made a reservation to the THE MARC. All was fine the day of appt, I cancelled the morning appt, for my sps to take me.# 8 the operator told me no,I shld be at CTRC and they wld ckeck it out and listen to call? meanwhile I am sitting in my wheelchair with major back surgry,and a stroke. The supposed lead ellie gets on phone rudely saying my appt was across the street at CTRC which was my last appt, they must have got them confused. Bottom line Ellie told me I need to get to CTRC in order to get picked up. I again told her I wanted a supervisor,Because I physically cannot get there in my wheelchair due to back surgery, she rufused and told me it was my problem. and left me there with no ride home. I was crying hurting and could not believe they would leave a disabled person like this. No empatgy, concern,
