I was discharged today from Capital after receiving 3 weeks of in-home Physical Therapy. I had Left Hip Replacement surgery on May 15, 2018.... today I am walking without the aide of walker or cane... in just 3 weeks post op-I attribute this to the care I was given... I cannot say enough about the fantastic care I received from my PT Therapists...Eric, Jessica, and Martini and nurse Deborah.... they were all excellent representatives of your company, giving me excellent care and support , they were all professional and knowledgeable .. I will proudly recommend your company to others seeking Home Health care.... Thank you all..... Constance (Connie) Kowat
Homemaker's Unlimited is a private duty non medical home care agency that offers excellent client care, flexible schedules for working families and years of experience in the Senior Care Management field. We understand the importance of matching the right caregiver with our clients and keeping the number of people in your home at a minimum. I found this company knowing we need to move out in a few months since we were having a hard time to find a good place to live at. Our agent name is Mrs. Teira E. she's wonderful and her service is unbeatable! During our consultation; she was very flexible and responsive to the questions we had and preferences. Teira actually found several apartments that we like especially the price but had to wait until a certain time knowing our move in date was quite ahead of time. She met our criteria in what we were looking for. When the day came to look at apartments we didn’t need a huge list it was unbelievable that she knew off the bat what exactly we were looking for. We went with her to check out the apartments. It was a phenomenal day knowing we were undecided which one to choose at first but we aim for the right place we just knew it had to be the one.Teira is the absolute BEST real estate agent!!! She provides total dedication, responsiveness to her clients, professionalism and excellent knowledge in what she does. Anyone that is looking for an apartment we really recommend for you to choose this young woman. You won’t regret it at all trust us. We were new to this and we don’t regret anything. We have a good landlord who explained us everything but the best part our agent that helped us since day one continues being there for us. She’s the best, the sweetest with lots of patience. We couldn’t be happier with her commitment to helping us find our new apartment to call home. *Once you walk in there’s always someone available to greet you and immediately explains you how their company works if you haven't called for questions. Everyone is always happy and really nice. There are two different addresses but my agent is at 11255 Huebner Road
This facility is a great place to send your family! They have been wonderful to my father and the rehab department is so nice and very attentive to the residents needs. Thank you so much for taking care of my father when we needed it! If we ever need you again we will most definitely reach out to your facility!
First and foremost, as a current resident, I couldn't regret my decision to live here more. The front office staff was entirely replaced all of a couple of weeks after we moved in, and it has been nothing but a downhill slope since. We originally signed up for an assigned parking spot adding a minimal fee to our monthly bill. When we came to understand they had assigned us an already assigned number, we declined to move to a different spot and attempted to return the parking pass to alleviate the additional fee. My wife tried on two separate occasions to walk into the office, hand over the pass, and move forward with her day, only to find that the front office staff "couldn't accept it" for a couple of reasons they refused to disclose. It took me going down and speaking with the complex manager to finally be able to hand them back their duplicate piece of plastic and get the fee removed. They were unorganized with regard to the parking spots and as such, had a habit of duplicating passes according to the first group of office workers we dealt with. Fast forward to just today, when they decided to not only enforce a policy that I must've overlooked, but push it to the extreme. I am not allowed to store my daughter's bicycle on my patio. It isn't visible to the street. It isn't blocking the use of the back door or her window for the sake of giving them benefit of the doubt in that this is a fire hazard policy and not just some overbearing move by a subpar complex at "maintaining aesthetic". The kicker to this, is that when I called to discuss the letter with the front office, the lady on the phone, yelled at me, talked over me and interrupted me on numerous occasions, and even dared me to read through the lease agreement when I said I was going to for my own information.
My Mother was placed her by the Case Manager at the hospital while I was out of town and I was really scared because I was able to screen the facility first. She was there 3 days when I was finally able to go see her. I was surprised to see her in the rehab gym working with the therapist. When she was finished we were asked to attend a care conference. We were asked about what she likes to eat, how she like to spend her time, down to what time she likes to take her bath. These people are fantastic, they really care about her happiness. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my Mom. Monica the RN stays on top of everything.
Whoo-hoo for Northgate! A family member reported to ADON, see comes to see her father every day in the evening. She stated, "I am well pleased with the care and the staff on 400 hall. Brandon is a great nurse, Dymon and Sheena are some of the compassionate CNA"s I know!'
I use to work for Mesa Vista, but I had to quit because they ALWAYS had us working short staffed in the C.N.A. department. When I say short I mean 2 C.N.A's for 45 to 50 people, and the Director of Nurse and the Administrator would know all about it. After I resigned from Mesa Vista they started accusing me of stealing medical supplies, and on top of that I called the Regional manager for Mesa Vista to let her know how the place is being ran and she went of the defense as if I was talking about her personally( Ms. Karen Mc Quay). She wasn't interested at all in how the patient's are being cared for. They need a new D.O.N, Administrator, and Regional manager cause they don't Care about the patient's at all. They Know I'm Right To. Yours Truly. RUBEN. I would give them 0 star rating if it was possible.
I first heard about Integrity Senior Care from a commercial on a local Christian radio station. It led me to 3 years of wonderful companionship for my 92 year old father. He was treated like a family member and not just a client. And, he thought of them as friends - not just caregivers. The day I heard about Integrity Senior Care was the day I was able to rest assured my father's days were safe, secure, and comfortable. I can not recommend them enough.Elden E. S
