I will allow you to come to your own conclusion and I'll just tell the story. We rented a bounce house, 2 dozen chairs, and 4 tables from this company. They came to deliver it between the expected time and everything looked great. They was supposed to pick this equipment up by 10am the next day; however, that did not happen. I called the owner at 330pm the day after our event and asked if he was coming to pick up his equipment. He told me, "Ohh, I called you. My guy's truck broke down and he can't come today". I told him we did not receive a phone call and I gave him the alternate number to call again. He asked if we could hold on to the equipment until the next day and he would pick it up at 8 am. I explained how this would be an inconvenience because at this point all the equipment is stuffed into my SUV. I did not feel comfortable driving around with his equipment in my SUV. He said he understood and apologized for the inconvenience. By 10 am the following day, the equipment was still in my truck and I had to unload it to my garage to drive to a business meeting. I spoke to the owner and he apologized but said there is nothing he could do and it's out of his control. He said he appreciated my patience. I told him at this point it's becoming a big inconvenience and I would like to discuss some type of refund. I told him the equipment will have to stay in my garage because I did not want to leave it outside. He agreed we would discuss a refund and asked what time I could be available. I told him I could be home at 2 pm if they called me 20 to 30 minutes prior. He agreed. I was able to make it back home a little before 2pm but noticed I did not get a phone call. At 2pm, the driver rang my doorbell to pick up the equipment. I asked the driver if the owner said anything about a refund and he told me no. I called the owner and he told me he never agreed to a refund and that everything he promised me, he gave me. I explained to him that I was forced to park my vehicle for a day and a half with his equipment in it to prevent it from being left outside. I then made plans with you on two separate occasions to pick it up and you failed at both of those times. I also made changes to my schedule to ensure you could pick your equipment up and would be able to rent it again. He apologized and said it wasn't his fault and he's not going to give me a refund.

Needed a last minute bounce rental delivered on Christmas Day. Juan took my reservation and was happy to help and get us our rental in time even during the holidays when I called a number of others who were less than helpful and quite rude. Rainbow was professional, courteous and fast. True to their word and mission. Packages were all great deals, our bounce was clean and fun. We ordered the 69.00 pkg. We will NEVER rent from anyone else in future and we will ALWAYS choose and recommend only Rainbow Castle on Zarzamora in San Antonio. They are the best. Set up and payment was fast,easy, on time,and the gentleman was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous just as much as Juan was when he took our order. Fantastic place to buy all of your collectibles needs in San Antonio. Dan and Rob both went out of their way to turn a disbeliever into a believer! They managed to find some very rare hard to find items for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. This review is long overdue on my end. My boyfriend and I visited this store on a recent trip to San Antonio. We collect vintage (1950s-1970s) comic books, and this store has a selection like no other! Adam (the store manager, I think) helped us out personally, and made sure to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their prices are fair, and he even cut me a small deal for purchasing over $100 worth of books. We will be returning as soon as we are back in Texas. Thanks again!
Finally a reliable Repair on the West Side, Across from HEBLas Palmas. Took my computer and daughter's laptop on Mondaymorning, called me at 3:00 pm that they were ready. Showed usthe Computers working and advise on how to take care of them.These computers did not run this good even new .I see why they are the HIGHEST rated shop in the city and they were reasonablypriced.
I brought my first generation PS3 here to get fixed. I brought it too late to get it done same day, but it was done the next afternoon. Nice to have the option of one day service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced (about $80 for my issue).
They were excellent! Very friendly - they set up and checked everything. We rented the 15 ft. water slide and it was AMAZING! So much fun! Now we know what we are doing for our next party

Had them move our piano and they were GREAT I HIGHLY RECOMMED THEM. They were professional and wanted to make sure the piano was where we wanted it placed.
