I ordered a TV on Nov 18th, it shipped on the 20th and arrived in San Antonio on the 21st. Then apparently it sat for a week before Action Freight went to pick it up on Nov 28th. I called several times in that time period because it showed that it was here in SA. They told me due to thanksgiving and black Friday they were running behind. Ok, fine. When I was finally contacted about scheduling delivery, I scheduled it for December 1st between 1 and 5pm because someone has to be home for delivery. Driver never showed, no phone call or anything. I called customer service and they told me several times that he was running behind and wasn't answering his phone. So I had to reschedule, this time for December 8th between 1 and 5 pm. 4pm rolled around and I called customer service to see if he was coming. They said the same thing word for word as they did on the first "he's running behind and not answering his phone." Rinse and repeat for 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm. Finally around 7:15 the driver calls and says he can be at my house in about 40 minutes since he's stuck in traffic, more than 2 hours after the 4 hour window. By that point my husband and I were already late for some evening plans and couldn't wait any longer to leave.This is by far the worst shipping company I have ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. They are slow to do anything, the customer service agents lie and make excuses, and their delivery windows are a joke. You will waste your time waiting for them to show up.I went back to the store and was able to cancel my order. If I ever order something and find out Action Freight is charged with delivering it, I will cancel that order rather than deal with this company again.
Excellent service!! Called company and driver came within 30 minutes (happened to be near our neighborhood). Took away construction trash. Was very cordial and price reasonable. Would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you for helping us out!!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. These people make promise after promise as to delivery times, do not call to reschedule and have cost me hundreds of dollars because of time off of work! DO NOT USE, If your items are being shipped from these people, do not expect them on time or ever!!!!!!
Complete incompetence in shipping.They need to look up "logistics" in the dictionary or rename the company.
I've attempted to use Ceva's services several times as they deliver large packages from Amazon. I've yet to have had anything actually delivered by them successfully. Several times they've lied and said they've attempted to deliver a package when I've been home all day and know they haven't been here. They'll claim their vehicle has broken down and ask to reschedule delivery. They'll say their dispatcher will call to reschedule delivery and they'll never call. They're just awful, I don't know how I could possibly rate them any higher given that they're a delivery service that can't deliver anything while wasting my time and money.
I worked with Coast to Coast Solution for some time while in San Antonio, TX. I always dealt with Rafael, which was the manager, and he really knew how to make people feel important, wanted, and respected. I have been in the trucking business over 25 years and I have never worked with someone like him...ever. Rafael truly made that company stand above all the rest -always there for us if we had questions and much more. My time with Coast to Coast Solutions was awesome, no regrets whatsoever. I wish there were more companies like Coast to Coast and I truly with I could have stayed in San Antonio longer. I have nothing but good things to say...It was a great experience!!!!!!
