Shopping at Creative Optical has been a family affair for over 15 years. My dad introduced me to Mr. Sanchez when I could no longer wear my contact lenses. He has since fitted me with multiple pairs of glasses and given the me the utmost customer service. When my daughter began wearing glasses at the age of 4, of course I brought her to Mr. Sanchez. She is now of driving age and loves the choice in frames that Creative Optical provides. I have two picky daughters, and they finally found likable frames after 2 weeks of searching. They had a better selection covered by our insurance, and were not crowded like a few other places.Their staff was great with friendly customer service. The girls enjoyed their time there, with the entertainment while waiting on the glasses. The glasses were ready less than an hour!
Glasses never delivered. Charged my debit card more than what they told me the glasses cost. They are scammers, don't buy anything here.

First off, [if you are reading this review and you aren't the guy who runs this sham] STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY-SUCKER!!!! [To Jackson (or whomever is the 'joke-of-an-owner' that runs this shop) DO NOT tell your potential customers that and that 'You have to charge HIGHEST PRICES because the lease on your shop is TOO EXPENSIVE'). I needed THREE... just a mere 3 pinned-links taken out of my cheap watch (the watch itself I purchased from Ross for $19.99 + tax). This goofball quoted me $20. I attempted to negotiate with him(he wouldn't even go down to $15)--because its quite simple (if you have the correct tools) to re-size a watch. Not a single customer IN-SIGHT. He pretended to be, but I saw NO BUSINESS. He said: '$20 is the final price. I need to make money someway or another. The lease on this DAMN place is expensive'. My two questions for him were: '' Well, would you rather have a satisfied customer walk out of your door than an unhappy one? '' followed by, ''Would you agree with me that a 'reputation' is hard to earn and easy to lose?'' To which he responded: ''I been in business for over 20 years...I DO NOT NEED SATISFIED CUSTOMERS to keep up my good reputation'';. Well Jackson, maybe I am wrong and you are right; but, having owned several businesses myself, I can tell you that great businesses are built and spread by way of SATISFIED CUSTOMERS...BY PEOPLE REFERRING OTHERS TO YOUR BUSINESS--and while that may appear to you [''Jackshun''] as not worth your TIME [no pun intended] as well as your effort--THAT IS EXACTLY WHY YOUR BUSINESS SHOULD BE AVOIDED BY ANYONE AND EVERYONE AT ALL COST!! Horrible! Horrible!! BEWARE!!! I took two watches in to get batteries replaced. When I asked for the price of changing batteries for both watches, the owner (David Jackson) took my watches to the back where I could not see him. He came back moments later and had already replaced the batteries without my permission. He then gave me an outrageous price and I let him know that I thought the price was high. He told me I had to pay. At first, I have to admit that I was ready to leave without paying given the outrageous price, but I wanted my watches, so I paid and left. After a few minutes, one of the watches stopped. I immediately took it back to the shop and was told that I should probably just get another watch because it was so cheap. He said that if I walked out with it working, there was nothing else he could do (meaning that he doesn’t guarantee anything that he does). He was rude, impatient and said several unkind things under his breath. I will NEVER go into his location again and would advise anyone reading this to steer clear.
