Consistently late with communication and always messing up requests. I can't say very much that is good about this company.

Candice Avery is great and while Nicole Riggs is new to our account she has been great thus far. These two folks get 5 stars. In fact Candice's professionalism is one of the reasons we are still customers.The three or so other Patton/Wildwood association managers we had in about a 12 month period were a revolving door of incompetency, excuses and attitude. I have been dealing with this company for over 3 years and their willingness to trace care of the customer and domte right thing has always surprised me. Dawn B, Marlene and Luana have never left me with an unanswered question and have always been more than fair. Thank you all for your professionalism.

I was looking at Hunter's Glen fo an apartment, went in for an app and more info. The leasing agent Matt was horrible, totally seem uninterested in my questions and was really rude. Don't know how this kid has a job in customer service. Ended up leasing right across the street at Sierra Ranch

To it may concern, San Antonio Iron Horse Valley is the worst..On September 01, 2014 my truck was next to a car that was intentionally set on fire and burnt half of my truck. Later the same day I spoke with the apartment manager, Kelly King (Community Director) and I ask to be release from my lease, because of the owners of the car (Cheree and Carlos ) would not give me any information such as insurance or a police report and I was afraid of my life. I continued to tell her that Cheree threaten my life and tried physically hit me. Cheree continued verbally assault me, telling me she knows where I live and would kill me. I had to call to police to get my information from them. Then sadly these people (Cheree and Carlos ) had no insurance. The only help that Kelly King did is to tell me (Cheree and Carlos ) were being evicted and that she would contact corporate to see if a could be release from my lease. I have been waiting on response since then, now it is September 22, 2014 and I have been in the office over 10 times and she was not there. I even made a confirmed appointment with her and she was not there. Kelly did not offer any condolence or say that I could move to a different property. In addition,but not offense to maintenance, they need more assistance. They do a good job, but in slow pace. I have worked with this company on and off for very 20+ years and they are the best. I recommend them highly.

Very Upset @ this company. I am unable to get in touch with anyone @ this office. seems like there is no one there ever!!!!!!. they have a internet payment set up through their website. After making my payment they still charge a late fee & a collection Letter fee of $35.00. I will bring this up with our HOA meeting to Drop these clowns.

Distrustful manager. Has excuses for every single issue and nothing is done.

If they can't support a man who is trying to honor fallen soldiers, and keeping coming up with different reasons for him to bring it down they really should be glad I don't live in that neighborhood. I would be in that office raising all kinds of hell and on the sidewalk with a sign, showing all of SA just how shady they are. They are being awesome examples for their kids, instead of teaching them respect your VETERANS that live in the neighborhood, nahhh let's just kick them to the ground. I hope you lose your business, and end up homeless. Pick any business except this one.

If I could give no stars or negative, I would have. I don't know how these guys are still in business. Their definition of "management" must include poor service, poor or no communication, prehistoric payment options, no return calls, no communication within their own office & staff even, never being in the office (yes, I actually drove the 20 minutes to finally try to contact someone & our "representative" wasn't there, I was given the wrong fee information & she never even called me back) and their fees are absolutely ridiculous. They charge for EVERYTHING! It's like $20 upcharge for printing a standard notice letter and mailing it--each one individually! But they truly don't even offer standard service and support. Run, don't walk, to any other management company!
