I used elegant limousine for our wedding. It was a horrible experience, first the car arrived late , and no "just married sign" as well as no champagne in the classic car we had reserved. Which in the contracted they stated that it comes with the "just married sign" and champagne. The only good thing was our driver was super nice. Also charged twice and one of the charges wasn't even on the bill they sent, when I emailed them to ask what the separate charge was for I didn't receive any explanation on as to why they were two separate charges all I saw was a credit back on my credit card 2 weeks after the service was rendered. Still no explanation as to why. Good thing I check my credit card statement because if not they would have double charged. Stay away from this vendor.
A First Class NIGHTMARE!!!NEVER use this company! The Limo was 30 minutes late. It was old and filthy! The inside was unclean with drinks from the previous riders were inside!! The limo driver (the owner, Mike) was not even dressed appropriately. He was in old, dirty, wrinkled clothes! No tie, old pants, nasty shirt! The Limo was booked for a High School Prom. The driver was to take the kids to dinner prior to going to the prom. Upon arrival at the restaurant, he instructed the kids to call him, at the phone number he provided, after eating and ready to leave. When ready to leave the kids could not reach him. After calling and waiting the kids found him in the back parking lot laying down in the back of the Limo. The driver had been given strict instructions to take some of the kids to one prom at one location, and then proceeds to take the remaining kids to another prom at a different location. He completely forgot about the kids going to the first location and headed to the second. He got completely lost and made wrong turns. This is where the nightmare really begins!!! After massive delays, the driver made a wrong turn an attempted to turn around. He ran over 2 curbs and the punctured a tire. He stopped in a dark parking lot and proceeded to get on the phone! After massive time delays, the boys got out to see if they could help so they could make one of the Proms and salvage the night! He instructed the boys to find the tools, jack up the limo and to change the tire! While in their tuxedos!!!! He stood there, doing nothing, on the phone. The boys (being the gentlemen they are) jacked up the car. There were no proper tools and when they pulled out the spare it was also flat!! The whole time the driver(owner) stayed on the phone. He did not lift a finger, putting our children in massive danger, and NEVER called any parent. Upon arrival by parents (after phone calls from panicked kids), we packed up the kids and got them to the 2nd prom with only 1 hour left! The children that were supposed to be at the first drop off MISSED THEIR PROM! They arrived at only 1 prom (2 ½ hours late) thanks to the parents, with the boys dirty and greasy, dressed in a Tuxedo. Negligence and Endangerment charges are forthcoming against this company. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD, OR YOURSELF, AT RISK USING THIS COMPANY! Driver owner, Mike, did fully refund the cost of the limo rental, BUT HAS REFUSED TO REFUND ANY COST OF THE TICKETS TO THE PROM HE NEVER WENT TO OR THE COST OF THE TUXEDO RENTAL. THERE IS NO MONEY THAT CAN REPLACE MEMORIES FOR THE CHILDREN WHO MISSED THEIR PROM! This company is a sham, trashy, unreliable, and DANGEROUS!
I hired them for my wedding and instead of my hummer limo I got an old rusted limo; then after my church ended I had no limo; then they finally showed up a hour later n my bridal party did not fit in the ugly limo they sent us.. They are very unorganized and unprofessional.. I ask for my money back n they didn't even give me half of it back then when I went back to pick up the check they were not even there to tell me sorry in person.. I will never do business with them or recommend anyone to them..
This is the first time I used A first Class Limo Service and that is what it is, (FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY). From the moment I booked the limo Mr. Mason went on and beyond his way to make sure my limo experience would be a lifetime memory experience. The limo arrived early and the driver was awesome. We definitely enjoyed the beautiful white limo with the red carpet treatment. We will definitely use A First Class Limo for our future events and highly recommend using A first Class Limo to everyone . AWSOME EXPERIENCE!
Booked a town car for one of my executives through their website only to find out through a phone call that their online booking doesn't even work. I'm glad I called to confirm prior otherwise my executive would have missed his flight. Our company will never book with company again. Why have an online reservation service if it doesn't work? And their customer service was lacking.
Terrible limo service. The Hummer looked horrible, driver was rude and complained the whole time, hit about 15 curbs, tried to leave guests at the AT&T Center because he was only scheduled until 11pm. There are way better limo companies out there. Do not pick this one!!
I really like that when I called the man was really helpful. They have great customer service, he helped me find exactly what I needed. They got me more than I expected for a great price. I would suggest this place to any one. I was only looking for 2 hours and this man gave me 3 hours for a great deal! Also the driver Albert I would suggest you ask for really nice man and great customer service as well! You can't pass this place up for a great deal! All the other places I called did not compare to this place... (:
