These guys never answer the phone...been calling for days what excellent service u guys don't have...

ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES! When they do answer the telephone, the guy who answers the telephone for Turimex in San Antonio..210 223-1333, is one of the rudest most verbally abusive operator I have ever spoken with. I called on 4/23/2014 at 3:45 p.m. and he did not answer until almost an hour later. it never went into hold mode either. His command of the English language is poor. HORRIBLE SERVICE. After seeing all the reviews on the web, this company is not one I would trust. They say the drivers are reckless and speed.

Service and courtesy dissappear the soon change drivers in Laredo, tx. I am partially disabled going thru more back surgeries, I can walk but very little so when I am by myself for appts and so forth. So when I use VIA I have to use wheelchair in most cases the staff is helpful. The vans are very uncomfortable I make a point in telling the driver I have back issues and be as careful as possible. After my trips I am hurting for at least 2 days, because of the rough rides. So Just be aware it's ashame they just don't listen.

I honestly could be doing something else,but I want to take the time to help people save money. Let me just start by saying that this bus line IS HORRIBLE. Horrible. Seriously,the staff is beyond rude! To the point that I almost cursed someone out..which i didn't ,and I'm a very patient person. The staff is so unhelpful,so what are they doing to earn money? Stand in there phone and be rude. The bus ride is fairly ok....well,it depends who is around you. The bus smells after an hr or so. It smells like poop.IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY YOURSELF be careful because all of the bus stations are ugly and super unsafe at night....and filthy. Ugh,got just talking about this company is irritating. Don't waste your money.To sum it all up: RUDE STAFF.FILTHY.UNSAFE.DON'T USE IT. I will DEFIANTLY NOOOOT USE IT,
