Awesome is what I have to say about them.Okay, I never write a review but felt I had to here. I am really hard to impress overall, I was leery about just opening yellowpages.com and picking a random mover, especially with all that could go wrong. When my scheduled mover blew me off yesterday, Saturday, I called Almighty Movers to see if they could help me out today, Sunday. They quoted me over the phone and scheduled me. The next morning they were clear in their communication with me as to when they would be arriving and when they were stuck in traffic, called to let me know. Two great guys showed up and introduced themselves. Very polite, very professional. Then they got to work. After about 20 minutes of watching I knew I didn't need to follow them around all day, they knew what they were doing and they did it. I just tried to stay out of their way. There was no goofing off or milking the clock or horsing around. They worked hard, they were careful and detailed about moving the larger items of furniture as well as the boxes of dishes and breakables. Wow, I am beyond impressed!My apartment was on the second floor, so stairs were the nemesis and I had a TON of boxes. I never heard complaining, I never heard a gripe, I never saw them bump walls or doors, they just did it. This started out to be the move from hell, but Almighty Movers came through in a huge way with NO drama. Thank you SO much, I will refer you to anyone I know AND I will call you the first time when I need you again. You have my loyalty.
First of all their crew arrived ahead of schedule which was a first for us, (due to a bad previous experience with another co. we were very nervous about the move.) We were assisting our disabled son with his relocation to his new home - GREAT EXPERIENCE.The movers were very curtious, helpful and fast. We stopped in several locations to p/u extra stuff out of storage and new items from a furniture store. The movers followed along p/u, delivered and set up everything just as we requested. They even picked up the packaging from new furniture and hauled it of to trash for us, without us asking. Also the cost was right on the money, no extra fees, etc. the horrors you read about.We picked them because co. had a insert in the name "Christian" and we were not disapointed, these men acted professionaly and used no foul language as matter of fact I found out that owner attends Cornerstone church, and it shows........Would highly recommend this co. to anyone. I have used Half Price Movers 3 different times, many years apart. I moved 11 years ago and had a lot of medical equipment that was very fragile among my entire house. A few years after that we moved my grandfather. Two weeks ago we moved my parents, who has a lot of antique furniture, antique china, and lots of fragile items. Each time the workers were on time, if not a little early, extremely careful with everything, and most of all, these men were so courteous to me, my grandfather, and my parents. They went above and beyond to make sure nothing got broken, wrapping all the furniture so nothing would even have the smallest mark on it. My parents are retired military and this was their 22nd move. They told the men they have never experienced such friendly, courteous, and careful movers in all the moves they have had. I have recommended Half Price Movers to everyone who is need of a moving company.
I used Alpha Omega Movers approximately two years ago in 2011 and was very satisfied. The movers were careful with my property and very courteous. I can honestly say that nothing was stolen or damaged during the move. I contacted them once again this month May 2013 and set an appointment for 06/01/2013 at 9 am.due to the excellent job they did back in 2011. I hope that I will be completely satisfied once again although I have read some concerning reviews from unsatisfied customers. I do know that all it takes is one rotten apple to ruin a company's name. I will continue to use this moving company and will recommend it to family and friends based on my personal experience and on other Postive Reviews I read.
I am very pleased with AAA Movers, the staff was very helpful from the first phone call till the end of the move. The last time I moved I tried to rent my own truck and hire movers to do the labor, this was not good. That deal cost me too much money and the guys I hired kept taking smoke breaks. It was a really bad experience. But the guys at AAA Movers were very professional, hardworking, courteous, and extremely polite. They worked very hard the whole time they were there and took very good care of my items. You can trust all the good reviews about this company. If I need to move again I will definitely use them again no second thought. Thanks Guys!!
I'm not easily impressed. But the people from Lone Star have done what many have tried, and few have accomplished -- I'm actually taking time to write a favorable review, and of a moving company at that! Pinch me, I think I'm dreaming. \ \ The guys were so efficient and careful, and so very courteous. My things made it to the new place in the same condition they left in. And my wife didn't have to plug her ears everytime a mover walked in the room for fear of hearing yet another disgustingly inventive curse word to describe female anatomy. \ \ Thanks so much, Lone Star. These guys were AMAZING! I have had other movers come move me and I seriously thought they'd steel from me. Advanced Moving workers were clean cut and super friendly. They were on time and took great care of all my things. Nothing was damaged, in fact they were very protective with all my furniture, wrapping and putting moving blankets on it all. I have had all my family members use them and we have all had amazing results! I would definitely recommend and not waste your money on other moving companies, which by my experience has been quite scary!
These guys helped me pack a 26' moving truck (the largest I could rent) today. Their reputation preceded them, and they lived up to it! In just two hours, they managed to gingerly pack the entire truck (loads upon loads of boxes, dressers, couches, huge mirrors...) from the second floor of an apartment. They even shrink wrapped some of the more precious items. I couldn't have asked for better movers. The three guys were cheerful, efficient, and bright. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.
By far the best moving services. These movers were very professional they were 10 minutes early but other than that they sent us two very professional movers and the price was very affordable. The best thing about our move was they sent a Supervisor before the move was done to check how everything was going which was very professional and made us feel very good that showed us how they take good care of the furniture and their customers we are very happy with the services this moving company provided.
I could not help my mom move. Cheryl came to my mom's house helped her with a plan to downsize and help with furniture placement with a floor plan of her new apt. After moving and unpacking, decorating hanging drapes, placing everything perfectly I could not believe everything looked so beautiful and when I saw the look on my mom's face to see how happy she was I new we had found Cheryl and her angels.
