If I can give no star, then I will give you guys. I spent more than hundred thousand dollar in Louis Vuitton store. But I was very disappointed for the customer services of all the LV seller in La Cantera. (The LV store is so small, my wife has more handbags than the whole store.)
I have a six (6) day old Speedy 30 Damier Azur. On the 5th day after buying it, I brought it back to show the Sales Associate that I placed a soft pillow inside with the hope the crease goes away. The following day (6th day after purchase), I decided to exchange it for the dark brown color as it will be my everyday bag. The Team Leader was kind of rude and cold, refusing the return because she said it has a tinge of denim stain on the side and that the portion where you put the lock showed sign of use. Huh? The only time I placed it out of the dust bag was when I placed the soft pillow to stuff it. When I was buying it, I was never told that it will easily get stained as I was asking the Sales Associate I was buying a bag for everyday use. She recommended this bag without telling me it's sensitivity to EVERYTHING. Now, when I was trying to exchange it on the 6th. day after buying, the Team Leader said it is a very sensitive bag and not suitable for everyday use. As far as the part where you put the lock is concerned, I am now having doubts that they gave me a returned piece as I did not even use the padlock yet. I was ripped off my moneys' worth.I have not used the bag other than when I was showing them that I placed a pillow inside to remove the crease as I was still going to have a detachable lining sewn for inside protection.
After reading the reviews on this site, I debated about going to this store for some items I needed sent off for repairs. We were going to be there at La Cantera so I decided to go ahead and stop by. I had already prepared myself for a confrontation if the SA was rude in any form or fashion. I was very glad I stopped by in spite of the negative reviews I saw here.The SA was very nice and helpful and I ended up sending not just the bag I had brought in for repairs but the one I was actually carrying that day. She gave me a bag to place all my purse contents in so that I would be able to leave the bag I was using. We have a 2 1/2 hours drive to San Antonio from our home so this was great and saved me a future extra trip. I'm really glad I decided to go ahead and give them a try instead of just going by these reviews. I'll be picking up my items in a couple of week so I'll post how that works out.
MEANI LOZANO IS THE WORST SALES ANYTHING I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS, I PURCHASED A WALLET AND THE ENTIRE TIME I SHOPPED AND PURCHASED, NOT EVEN ONE WORD WAS SAID, NOT HOW ARE YOU DOING, NOT IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN HELP YOU WITH, NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE STORE EVEN TRIED TO MAKE OUR TRIP BETTER, NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF PATHETIC WORKERS ON THERE STUPID PHONES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
I filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau regarding the LV Store in Neiman Marcus. My new bag purchased very recently looks like a previously returned item. Only an expert will be able to see it but just the same, bad business practice
This place is so unprofessional. They never answer the phone and i have been waiting since 11/9/14 for a new strap for my purse. I will never buy another Louis Vuitton again.
