Jonathan Puga and DIRECT STREAM INC. did an amazing job on my DIRECTV Installation, professional, courteous, and incredible! The sign in computer screen was little use to me since I'm visually impaired. The attendant reached in his hand directly in front of my face; no manners necessary. The lady behind the desk had an angry, indifferent look on her face. When leaving she promptly reminded me to not forget my plastic bag. This is poor service, as there is a small trash can right beside her.
Stay away from them. They are almost below above board. Terrible customer service. Do not ship as advertised. !
Called different TV repair shops and I got the same story, "We'll come take a look for $50, $80, etc., and tell you if it's worth fixing. Some even said, "If I were you, don't bother, it will cost to much." I called TV Repair 4 Less and they asked me to drop it off and they'd look at it at no charge. They gave me an estimate, $220; that's what I paid, plus tax. I know for a fact they probably didn't make much money on the deal because something else went bad. They absorbed the cost and said it was the price of doing good business. I'm writing this review because I wanted to, and because they deserve it. Now, I get to keep a great 42" TV that will last me another 5 years or more. If you don't give these folks a chance, you're paying too much.
The number is a scam linked to offers getting you to purchase promising things like travels and rebates using your debit card. When I asked if it was an electronic business as listed, there was 5 seconds of silence followed by end of call. They hung up. Got one star because it was required to write the review

I can't praise this company enough! They repaired my LCD TV in hours, not days or weeks, and the bill was very reasonable. The location was not convenient for me, but it was worth the drive. I highly recommend TV Repair 4 Less.
