"HORRIBLE" So I went in at 7:30pm on a Friday night wanting to switch from metro PCs to cricket..I was attended right away by Monica which was excellent by the way.. Then there was this "PROBLEM" her computer wouldn't let her process our new accounts... I say new accounts because I was going to need service for myself and my 2 daughters..anyways mind you I am super pregnant..we waited and waited and nothing... She did everything she could to activate our "new phones" with the "amazing discounts" but nothing! What pissed me off the most is that by this time it was 9:20pm (no one else in the store) and the asshole manager never helped her..he was just standing there on his phone and walking around the store..she would ask him questions but he would just answer with Short answers and walk away..like wtf dude get your f*** ass over there and help her..but nope! I even made a comment to her about him not doing anything about it to help but ofcourse as a good employee she wasn't going to say anything ..so by this time its 9:40pm.. I finally Gave up on cricket...we left because she could not figure out how to activate our new lines..not even by calling customer service... So 2 fucking hours waiting for nothing! I work for a doctors office and when we have issues and cannot figure something out on our laptops my manager jumps in and helps right away..she won't step away until she knows we have fixed the problem....
