Purchased five items on line and wanted to keep two. Went to this store, Avenue Far West, San Antonio, yesterday to make the return. Right off, there was whispering between the two sales ladies and looking at the tags then looking at me! Then started the excuses why I could not return the items: if it's been more than 2 months, they cannot take them back (it was only 1 month); the price tags and my computer print out list different prices; I did not have the original shipping receipt with me, blah blah blah. These women were combative and rude and displayed very poor customer service. Beware of the older lady with the stink face - she has mental problems. I did get a full refund but it was a hassle. Needless to say, I'm closing this account.

I just found out last week that they have a VIP Diamond Club. I highly suggest people sign up for this. The savings are incredible. I’ve received a multitude of complimentary products and it just makes sense if you’re going to buy their product to be rewarded with their services. Don’t forget to mention it to them. I could’ve taken some serious advantage of the discounts it offers and now regret it.
I must say that I love this place!! I walked in and a nice man offered me a sample, then he give me something for my eyes and I fell in love with the product. You can't imagine how good this product is until you try it! Thank you guys I look better and every morning I go to the mirror and surprise about the results.

Very bad costumer service ...they were mad about me returning some clothes ..also I lost my phone in the store ..ask the manager about it don't even look at me she was facing backwards and said to me ! There is nothing here! Very rude! ..the person on the dressing were so nice! .
Been going to this place before it was TDK because it had good barbers, been a customer long before even when location move today got out of work and wanted a city by mike. I use to get my hair done by c bass however he no longer works there I wrote my name and time and waited patiently like any other customer waited around 2hr for this guy I let him do his thing were ever he went after cutting up some kid. 20min pass and he walks in. Me thinking I'm going to get a haircut after waiting hours. He takes some other walk in. The only good employee at this shop is josh and I don't know what he is even doing there. And the guy with the long hair I tried him out with a comb over and line and this dude curt my head when doing the line I went home and noticed I was bleeding. That's when I went to mike weeks after it grew out to explain I wanted no line due to my city on my head then mike did I good job. However today I was very disappointed as a customer waiting for 2hr to get no haircut sad.
I love JJill! It is unfortunate the location at the Quarry has such snobby employees. Especially the woman with the short light brown hair. I walked in wearing a baby bijorn (with my 4 month old), and she boldly told me that I should think about getting a stroller. I didn't seek her advice, btw, just browsing the clothing. She was rude the entire time I was in the store. It's pretty clear who they decide to help, and who they don't. I'll shop online from this point on.
This boutique has great pieces & they priced just right. Mary the owner is such a sweetheart I enjoyed shopping there & will return again! :)
I live in San Antonio - TX and use to buy my clothes at love culture - La Cantera mall.I was treated so bad for the girl who assisted me and I'll never come back there. The manager unfortunately did nothing for me. So sad!
