Whenever I visit the store they always gives 1hr waiting time and more over there is no display where we can check our name in the queue and hiw much time waiting time left. we need go every time and ask representative. The staff was very helpful in replacing my ghost screen issue on 5s. Apple doesn't replace cracked glass screens, that is aftermarket companies that do that. My guess previous review the screen was already broke and the other review they probably went in without appointment. As I have been many times with appointments with store full and haven't waited more than 10 minutes to be helped.

Folks, we have a Best Buy extended warranty on a upscale Sansung Refrigerator. This outfit was provided to use to fix it. 3 weeks later, 10 lies later, 5 no show appointments later today they were suppose to fix it. Instead the called me during the appointment time and said, just kidding, we do not have the part, we assumed we did. DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR HOUSE if you only speak English as they don't and they will never tell you the truth. Probably good outfit for outdated turn tables, TV's etc, as long as you bring the broke item to them. They don't even drive vehicles with their company name on them. About as bad, NO, the worse service provider I have seen in my LIFE.
the dude here is a trip selling me a box that wasn't worth a dam. The face of the box was not even sealed right and a Qpower sub I got from them busted cuz the jackasses wired my one sub in series instead of perallel so that the sub could last longer. Now the skinny dude wanted me to pay for the shipping $45 when that is the cost of the sub, yes really. So I threw in another $50 and I got two 15'' Boss subs that got me thumbin happy. So just shop ebay if you want to save, I promise.
