My mother's earrings were missing after staff cleaned our house. I communicated this to the owner/president Regan Stone, it's been a week now, and he did not even have the courtesy or decency to reply. If this is the way he will handle issues like this, he'd better shut down his business. Rest assured that your business will be reported to proper authorities.
I live in the Residences at La Cantera and I have been using this company for two years now. I travel out of town a lot and still have my scheduled cleanings done while I'm out of town. Never has anything gone missing or issues of that sort have occurred. Along with great service and stellar cleanings I feel compelled to write this company a great review! 5 stars!

So.. I looked up this address on Google maps, and the address listed is a residential area. Not an actual business office, I find this strange and highly unprofessional. Would not recommend.
I'm writing this review after waiting ALL day for them to show up AGAIN.....and guess what? They can't come AGAIN! I had an appt. last Friday (that had been made 1 month in advance), and after receiving numerous texts that morning saying they were running late due to weather (rain?!?), I finally received a text saying they would be here within the hour. I drove home (scheduled my whole day around this). Waited awhile, and then received a call from Ruth saying she didn't think they would make it today because she was short staffed and didn't want to burn herself out. I was very polite and accommodating and rescheduled for today (Wednesday), even though it was a huge inconvenience for me since I was having company over the weekend & that's the whole point of hiring a cleaning service! Then today comes. I receive the text this morning stating their arrival time would be between 1-6 pm. Nothing all day long until 5:15. I receive a voice mail at 5:15 stating that they don't think they will be able to make it again today. Never an apology. Ruth states that they are cleaning are large house that they have to finish & she's exhausted and the girls are to. She wants to know if I want my money back (I purchased deal through Living Social) or do I want to reschedule? ARE U KIDDING ME! Sounds like my experience was identical to Stephanie B. (3-10-21024)

I used Molly Maid last week and the team was amazing. They did exactly what I needed and were polite and professional and very punctual. I will definitely use them again. Great job.
