Anyone who would give 5 stars to this company must work for them. My wife purchased insurance with Michel Santos as the agent, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had.

Run the other way! Do NOT sign up with this company! Reasons: • No financial support for required overnight travel (gas, food, lodging). • There were promises and guarantees made, but not delivered. • They are untruthful and therefore unethical. They tell you what you want to hear. * You must use PTO while employed. If you don't use it, you'll loose it! No terminal leave.* If a contract with a company via Godwin is not renewed, they do NOT find you another contract (work), although you were employed by Godwin.

Our company somehow got on their auto dial system and has been harassed for almost a month. Our pleas to have them stop have gone unresolved. This is the worst company ever!How do I enter a minus rating?

I am a mental health counselor...

I am a mental health counselor in private practice was previously doing my own billing and thought using a professional service might save me time and headache, but that has not at all been the case with this company. My payments have actually slowed down, I've had double-payments for claims, so I've had to refund money to insurance companies, and many, many more problems I had never encountered before. I used a great electronic billing software to do my own billing for a number of years, and the Psyquel billing program is just not well-designed at all--kind of ridiculous in certain ways once you've seen a decent program. What's even worse is that they are not actively updating and improving their program so you are stuck with all the quirks and limitations of the current program that you do have to interface with, even if you use their billing service. I have been sorely disappointed--my claims do seem to eventually get paid, but I'm the one who has to call them up and ask why certain claims have become so deliquent. There are too many other problems to list here, big and small, creating endless frustration (I'm an exceedingly patient and understanding person), but I rue the day I signed up and am looking for the first opportunity to switch. If you're looking for a limited billing program to submit claims, you might be OK (but there are most certainly better options out there for the money), but I definitely cannot recommend their billing service which is why I signed up.
