I went here for lunch on a weekday with a large group. Not crowded at all.The service was fine.I had the Shrimp “El Cocotte”. It was ok. No one in my group was particular excited about their experience. I didn’t dislike this restaurant but nothing really stood out and I believe it was overpriced for what we received.I probably will not go back.
The girl who serviced us was a beautiful salvadorian (whose name i can't remember) and she gave us great service and was very optimistic about the complete menu.. By the time she took the order she was able to stop by every 4 to 8 minutes to check on us which it was a great move! food was awesom…

we went to eat at chilis off of 1604 and 281 we were seated but were not served we waited about ten minutes and was not served by a server before getting up and walking out. We then went to red robin to eat, we waited two minutes after being seated.
My wife and I went into this location for dinner, after waiting about 35 mins our food came out. It looked good up until like 30 seconds my wife found an long eyelash in her chicken. So we tell the waitress and she said she will get her something else. She did eat her second meal which was "ok" …
I've eaten here a couple times. The food has always been great. The staff is usually pretty friendly.I feel the pizza is the best in town. Everything I've eaten there has been good.Gets a little crowded at lunch time on weekedays.
I came here for lunch with a group of 8 on a weekday. It was not overly crowded.I had the Jalapenos Burger and fries. They were both good and fairly priced. The other members of my group had various salads and sandwiches. They all liked their food.Customer service was fine.I will go back.
Brunch on Saturday, delicious food and sangrias. Wait staff was very attentive, meals were fantastic. We want to try it for dinner too.
Ruben Niño is an awesome cook and Kyle is also a very good bar tender that's all no I'm not including anything else
Great service, great food! It was busy when we went but well worth the wait. We will defiantly be coming back whenever we're in town.
If you like your hamburger buns stale and your french fries cold, this is the place for you. 2nd & last time I will ever come here. My first time I came here, I had problems with my burger so the manager gave me a card to get another burger at half price....which I took advantage of today.....we came at 12:15 and the place was almost empty which should have given a clue as to how much this place has gone downhill. What they really need is a good cook who puts out food that makes you want to come back. All the problems with my food were the direct result of a cook that just doesn't give a damn about putting out a quality product.
My husband and I went to 54th. It was not busy, but still 4 servers passed us and not one came to our table and asked what we would like to drink. We wait about 15 minutes. So we decided to go to a place with good service and good food. Usually the service is good at 54th street. Maybe that particular day the lazy people were "working".
Our family of six went to Stone Werks in The Rim at 5:30pm to celebrate. The food is good, but the service at this restaurant is the worst I have experienced in any restaurant in the world. When we wanted to order, NO waiters, were in sight. The restaurant was not crowded, but the waiters must go in a back room and talk. Where is the manager? We received one meal that was overcooked, and when we sent that one back, the waiter never returned. I told the girls at the front that we couldn't find him. When he returned with the meal, his excuse was: It was sitting up there, but they never told him. What a ruined, disappointing evening.
The food wasn't worth the price. The drink prices were way over price for the amount they gave. I'm never going back to this place. The server was attentive. Go somewhere else!!!!!
