Purchased five items on line and wanted to keep two. Went to this store, Avenue Far West, San Antonio, yesterday to make the return. Right off, there was whispering between the two sales ladies and looking at the tags then looking at me! Then started the excuses why I could not return the items: if it's been more than 2 months, they cannot take them back (it was only 1 month); the price tags and my computer print out list different prices; I did not have the original shipping receipt with me, blah blah blah. These women were combative and rude and displayed very poor customer service. Beware of the older lady with the stink face - she has mental problems. I did get a full refund but it was a hassle. Needless to say, I'm closing this account.
If you are looking for an accessory from earings to purses you will find it in this store and what I think sets it apart from other stores like this one is the fact that they seperate it all out by color right down to the clothes... Prices are good and staff is very helpfull.
Went birthday shopping for my wife. I wanted to get her a new recliner. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly, that made it so easy and actually fun. Thank you Choice Leather Furniture! And my wife LOVES her new leather recliner.
I just found out last week that they have a VIP Diamond Club. I highly suggest people sign up for this. The savings are incredible. I’ve received a multitude of complimentary products and it just makes sense if you’re going to buy their product to be rewarded with their services. Don’t forget to mention it to them. I could’ve taken some serious advantage of the discounts it offers and now regret it.

Employees are ALWAYS very nice and extremely helpful! They always are willing to help me, either over the phone or in the store. . . Can't imagine going anywhere else.
I must say that I love this place!! I walked in and a nice man offered me a sample, then he give me something for my eyes and I fell in love with the product. You can't imagine how good this product is until you try it! Thank you guys I look better and every morning I go to the mirror and surprise about the results.

Very bad costumer service ...they were mad about me returning some clothes ..also I lost my phone in the store ..ask the manager about it don't even look at me she was facing backwards and said to me ! There is nothing here! Very rude! ..the person on the dressing were so nice! .

I had a return and there was a sign on the counter with bottled water reading I am yours if I fail to offer you a Steinmart card. When the young man at the counter failed to make the offer I mentioned he did not extend me the offer and requested the bottle of water when the young lady who approved the credit for my return sternly said that's only for purchases. Excuse me for being a second class customer! That was rude and not the first time I have been profiled at this store. I am Hispanic and twice been asked for identification when using my credit card when affluent white appearing customers before me are not required to show identification. I spend thousands of dollars each year at this store and feel I will limit my business with Steinmart as I find I have never had these experiences at other stores. Perhaps these associates need more training.
