The horse was breathing heavy and didn't look like he was doing well. He also had an unusual odor. The driver was dismissive which made me even more upset. I am all for the horse rides but the care of the horses should come before money.

STAY AWAY!!! Go to lollipop carriage. I booked with Bluebonnet and was let down 100%. I reserved about two weeks in advance, requesting a "pink" Cinderella carriage for my 5 year olds birthday. I was told by John, one of the owners, this was no problem. He even said I could choose any color of lights for the carriage. He said the first available time that the Cinderella carriage could go out was 6:30pm, so I agreed to this time. I had 3 other little five olds w their parents waiting at 6:15pm. At about 6:20pm they called me to say they were around the corner, I asked if it was the pink cinderella carriage and the driver said "no mam, there wasn't any specification as to a Cinderella carriage or color". I asked if they could get it out to me because this is what my child had requested. They agreed and said it would be another 20 minutes. I agreed to this and changed my reservation for dinner to a later time. At 6:45pm no carriage, I called them back and they told me another 10-12 minutes and she would be there. Again keep in mind I had 4 FIVE YEAR OLDS losing their patience. At 7:05pm still no carriage. There were about 3 PINK Cinderella carriages from other companies waiting to go. I found Lollipop carriage company, who not only calmed me down, but apologized for Bluebonnets error. He drove over to the girls who were so VERY excited, and even gave me a cheaper rate then Bluebonnet!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO BLUEBONNET FOR ANY FURTHER CARRIAGE RIDES!!! They let me down big time!!!!!
