I had a very bad experience. I was looking for an interior detail and removing some pet hair. I was very clear interior detail and when the manager from the shop saw the pet hair he told me you need to pay for the pet removel service. I agreed. When i got back to pick up my car the back seat was great but they never removed the pet hair from the back of the front seats. I showed the manager and he replied "Do you want me to do it again?" If i pay for that i think is logical that Yes i want you to do it again. Then i told him the vinyll for the doors and dashboard was not cleaned. He replied " you pay only for pet removel" . So pay a fortune for pet removel and it was not done properly and i was very cleared asking interior detail but he never paid attention and it was not cleaned. Very dissapointed with the work performed and the attitude of the manager.

These guys are true pros, everything is done to perfection, they are always on time, do a great job. They work on cars, boats, mobile homes, and aircraft. No matter what they touch it comes out looking better than new. NO BETTER SERVICE IN THE CITY.
What a waste of $15! Never again, went through the wash and car came out dirtier than before with soap still dripping all over.
On 5-15-16 went to the carwash. I have been paying a monthly fee of 29.99 since September. On this day, my car pressure sensor was damaged on my Dodge Charger and caused a flat as soon as I left the facility. The car wash will not assume responsibility. The part cost 120.00 and change. They are unprofessional, lack customer service, and do not care about their customers or their vehicles. I strongly do not recommend using their facility if you value your vehicle!
On 3-25-16 the General Manager, Dante Johnston, the General Manager refused to give me name of owner(s) and made statement "It's impossible for our equipment to damage cars". First time wash terrible. Thought I should give another chance since first car wash was done shortly after their opening. On 3-3-2016 they broke my driver mirror off. Even though their own video shows my car entering car wash with mirror in place and another video (theirs) shows my car exiting the car wash with my mirror ripped off by their equipment. They denied it was their fault even though their own video shows it occurred while going through their car wash. Apparently their attitude and thinking is most people won't go to the trouble and time to take to small claims court. I intend to pursue as I will take it to Court. Cost of the mirror is $205.78 plus shipping charges plus whatever installation fee
The past two times I have gone here, after putting in $8, it shuts off after approximately 2 mins. Unbelievable. I called the number listed here in the yellow pages and I have yet to get anyone to answer the phone.

Worst car wash I've ever had! My car was less than a week old and they didn't even bother to wipe out the door jams. The vehicle was dripping water! After drying it would have been dirtier than when I pulled in!
Absolute trash! Cashier charged me incorrectly. Waited 15 min for manager to fix. An hour into my wait my car was washed but sitting off to the side for the interior to be finished. An hour and a half in I asked for my keys. They said to bring it back so they can finish. I took it to the Potranco location and the said they could fix it right away. One bad experience followed by a manager that knew what to do.
Regular wash only get half of rims clean and still have dirty truck.
Poor service. I received a 1 year's free unlimited car wash for my 2013 Buick LaCrosse from Cavendar Olds. During that year everything went smoothly. After that year, I decided to take the same deal but pay $34.99 per month for the same unlimited wash. All of a sudden, when I went in they said my renewal ran out. I , like an idiot, charged another renewal --AUTO RENEWAL 12/25/2014 (Christmas Day). When I came in again, in January 2015, I was told the same thing. I purchased another $34.99 -- stupid right. I came again on February 9, 2015. I was told the same thing. Since it is winter time, I do not go in as much. Finally, catching on about something was be going because each time, they said the customers before me had the same complaint. I told them I wanted the "Manager's Special" which was advertised for $21 or $22. I received my credit card bill and they charged me $34.99. This is a SCAM -- making up for the year's free service allowed by Cavendar Buick at the purchase of my new vehicles. I will be sure to forward this information to Mr. Cavender..,,FREE IS NOT ALWAYS FREE. I am now a single income widow who need all the little pennies I get and these people are playing games with me and my money ---SHAME ON YOU.
