Horrible company! I wouldn't even give them a star. First they more often than not mess up on your graduation order, but, on top of that you are expected to make the return trip to fix the problem.They then expect you to wait approximately two hours, after waiting two hours the first time. One rude lady working the front, who made the remark "that everyone else in the snake of a line was there to have a mistake fixed"! How does this company manage to stay in business? School's be warned if there is any other business that specializes in graduation attire do business with them! Or your parents are going to complain!!

This business has the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen. They are rude, I asked to speak with a Manager and she was just as rude and refused to speak to me. I would find another company to make your class ring, they made a mistake and then wanted to blame the customer for it. It was 3 months late and would not even offer any kind of a discount, then absolutely rude about it.
