They make awesome wings n' things It may take a little while but it is worth the wait.☺
Witnessed a female manager being rude and degrading to the staff in the presence of myself and my family around 12 noon today, 5/1/2010. Waited approx. 45 mins for my order to arrive and the store was not busy Totally unprofessional. If this is the way she will be representing your store I will…
I want to thank the manager and staff for being so nice and courteous to us, they corrected their mistake in an excellent manner and replaced our well cooked meal... and also to Thank them for their honesty after my son left his birthday card with a $150 cash in it they put it in their safe unti…
I ordered an order to go one evening, they said itd take 30 minutes and i sat there for over an hour, for 20 wings, that came out cold, were spongy, not the right amount, and the poor girl working take out was slammed with all the phones ringing and a line out the door no one was helping her and…
I've been there twice since I've been living here! Once in the day and once at night! Had great waitresses! Very polite! Also I had my 3 month old daughter with me both times and they always came back asking if I needed anything! :)
Good food good beer, we love it
I went here for lunch on a weekday with a large group. Not crowded at all.The service was fine.I had the Shrimp “El Cocotte”. It was ok. No one in my group was particular excited about their experience. I didn’t dislike this restaurant but nothing really stood out and I believe it was overpriced for what we received.I probably will not go back.
I've eaten here a couple times. The food has always been great. The staff is usually pretty friendly.I feel the pizza is the best in town. Everything I've eaten there has been good.Gets a little crowded at lunch time on weekedays.
I came here for lunch with a group of 8 on a weekday. It was not overly crowded.I had the Jalapenos Burger and fries. They were both good and fairly priced. The other members of my group had various salads and sandwiches. They all liked their food.Customer service was fine.I will go back.
I'm a frequent visitor to Bill Miller's BBQ restaurants. I visited this location yesterday via the Drive Thru. I ordered a BBQ Poor Boy meal. I asked for lean beef and I received dry, old, and not tasty at all beef. It was bad enough that I could only eat half. I have had wonderful Bill Miller experiences, and I've other bad ones. This one just left me pretty disappointed. :-(
Live closer to the one on Bitters, but travel here due to service and quality of food.
I Bought menudo from this place it is horrible!!! For a tea sized cup it was $11.00 dollars also they don’t serve with tortillas for the menudo they charge extra!! THEIR WAS ABOUT 10 PIECES OF HOMENY SHE CLAIMS SHE PUT ALOT WHICH IS A BIG LIE!! The lady that claims she’s the owner her name is Amy Rios! She is super rude and clearly dose not know how to be in charge! All she does is yell over the phone and does not give good customer service!! This place is horrible!!!! DONT NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!
Great meats, sauce and amazing mustard based potato salad. A must when visiting Texas. For you wet v. Dry rub types, try the RUDYS BBQ "sause". The vinegar base will definitely win over North Carolinians. Super friendly pit boss who wont steer ya wrong.
The person on the drive thru speaker thinks that speaking like an auctioneer will decrease service times. In reality you cant understand a word and that makes it take twice as long!
