We had out of town company so we wanted to really impress them. Not so much! The server was rushing us and impatient. We ordered the chicken and waffles. So, so disappointed. The chicken was so dry, we asked for gravy just to get it down. It took the server forever to bring it. Right after we asked for it, we noticed he went to a table near us to get their order first which also took a long time. By the time we got the gravy we also needed more coffee that also was slow coming. We will never come here again! It was costly and so totally not worth the trouble. I should have had my company come to our under construction kitchen. We would have had a much better meal and no aggravations!

Wanted Chili and found this place. Nice ppl but not great chili. Wouldn't go out of the way to get it. Chili was way to tomato based like soup. Full of beans and had ground beef only. Not cooked to perfection either. It was cooked in two or three hours by the taste. Meal came with corn muffins and they tasted like baking soda (yuck). It's a hotel restaurant. My suggestion is you Need to find a better chili place in San Antonio.

Went to get a meal early in the morning witha friend. The girl at the drive through was not paying any attention to what we ordered. When she read it back, we kept correcting her. By the third time she turned the Mic off and stopped taking our order. She then refused to do anything else. We then went to the second ordering station and were still ignored. Went to window to talk to manager and everyone that was in view of us glanced and then walked away. No one wanted to correct her mistake. We never yelled, we never got aggressive, we just in unisex said the order together. Why she ignored us is on her. Then we call to complain and it takes us four times for someone to finally answer and the comment was "well I was not able to come out I was doing inventory, I will see what happened and talk to my staff" okay that's well and good. However what are you going to do about the service that was dealt to us. Sadly this is the second time this location has dealt me a s***y hand. I am not going to let there be a third so there for I will not be going here again I would rather go out my way to Babcock or Wurzbac anytime my kids or I want to eat McDonald's. At least there service is phenomenal and they always fix something if, and I do mean if there is a mess up(vary rarely does this happen).

We arrived at 11 am to eat we were told the wait would be “1 hour” this is expected on a Sunday morning the last day of spring break. After finally being seated we had some issues with our server not giving us utensil after bringing us biscuits also no jelly or any other items, we asked the hostess and she told us that it was the job of the server to give us utensils and the server was nowhere in sight at that time.After having a meal we had a huge ordeal where they have difficulties spliting our check the manager came out and said she was fighting for us to get this done and did nothing but stand behind us. Her excuse was "it is very busy today" that is expected especially on a Sunday after church and the last day of spring break if you’re not going to have your restaurant ready to serve plenty of people then don’t lie to them about the wait times and then have them go thru a big ordeal just to split the check it seems they can learn something from other restaurants in the San Antonio area who do you know how to treat customers and split checks and not make them wait for hours and finally finish their meal and pay for the checks at 3 PM yes it took us 4 hours to have a lunch at Cracker Barrel this is unacceptable customer experience for us and they did nothing to accommodate or assist us during the whole ordeal.

Fantastic. Was in er all day for my sick father. Gloomy and sad. I saw johnny at window. Greeted me told me his name. Very cheerful young man. Joked. Made me smile. Lifted my spirits even if it was for a moment in time. Thank you. Ill be returning again

Place wasn't even busy and took forever to make a breakfast burrito and 2 NY hotdogs. My husband said they were nasty. Getting my money back and not going back. All they were doing was standing around knocking off. NEVER AGAIN

Good food, but slow service. Nice atmosphere and not too busy. I don't understand why they discontinued the shrimp tacos, because those were my favorite. Nothing else on the menu that really excites me enough to come back.

I wish I could leave negative stars. The staff, owner, and manager are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. We waited for 40 minutes for our food to be brought when the restaurant was practically empty. Then after we left, I realized I inadvertently left my sunglasses on the table. I immediately called and was assured by a waitress that they were located and would be held for me to pickup after work. I waited for 40 minutes while they tried to locate them. Later, I was told that the sunglasses weren’t in the hostess stand cabinet and that the waitress had already left. Ron, the impolite owner, requested I leave my phone number and told me they’d call me the next day. Fast-forward five weeks of getting the run around, speaking to Erin, a manager, and sending in my sunglasses receipt, I called once more. Ron cut me off, told me that many items are left there, and most times they are not recovered. He hung up on me when I was still speaking. The fact is that they were stolen by his staff, something that obviously happens often, and an issue he refuses to correct. Ron lacks people skills and customer service. If you like wings and good customer service, go literately any other place!
