Whenever I visit the store they always gives 1hr waiting time and more over there is no display where we can check our name in the queue and hiw much time waiting time left. we need go every time and ask representative. No proper response and fast service. I had problem 3 times with my apple 6s plus. This is my first and last Iphone ever bought.

The staff was very helpful in replacing my ghost screen issue on 5s. Apple doesn't replace cracked glass screens, that is aftermarket companies that do that. My guess previous review the screen was already broke and the other review they probably went in without appointment. As I have been many times with appointments with store full and haven't waited more than 10 minutes to be helped.
Stay away from them. They are almost below above board. Terrible customer service. Do not ship as advertised. !

Called different TV repair shops and I got the same story, "We'll come take a look for $50, $80, etc., and tell you if it's worth fixing. Some even said, "If I were you, don't bother, it will cost to much." I called TV Repair 4 Less and they asked me to drop it off and they'd look at it at no charge. They gave me an estimate, $220; that's what I paid, plus tax. I know for a fact they probably didn't make much money on the deal because something else went bad. They absorbed the cost and said it was the price of doing good business. I'm writing this review because I wanted to, and because they deserve it. Now, I get to keep a great 42" TV that will last me another 5 years or more. If you don't give these folks a chance, you're paying too much.
