Bought car took 3hrs to take out lot. Drove 20min to work and motor mount broke i called valencia and explained what happened. Nobody helped me got no call back. I had to leave car stranded. 2 days later they call back. Takes them 2 weeks to fix mount. Never fixed ac or other problems they asked me about. Christian said car was for his daughter but didnt want it.After i let them no my motor mount they just installed got loose again it took themmore than a week to call me back. Then right after my harmonic balancer broke and left me stranded. Next day they picked up car i called everyday and they said mechanic was looking at it. Then he ordered the wrong part it didnt fit. Had to order new one 2nd week i called everyday christian was in meetings or junkyard or auction but no calls. Finally he calls tells me it wasnt due to motor mount breaking that balancer broke but it was at mechanics. I asked them if i gave him more money if i can get another vehicle because car was a lemon to begin with. No answer. 3rd week i call all week i get no answer and when they did christian again not to be found. I show up that friday and find my car in parking lot walk to it and car is unlocked and my radio torn out.. Stolen.. And they said car was at mechanics. All that time it had been sitting there not being touched. All they were was lies. And christian has the audacity to say he told me to remove radio from car every time i leave car so they wont steal it.. They left my car unlocked and its my fault. He finally calls me the next day and pretty much tells me its my fault about radio. And all these lies and excuses. They didnt want to help me not give me back my down payment or help me get into another vehicle. All he did was screw me out of money and car. I told him it left me and my kids stranded on a hot day with my autistic daughter and had to walk to drop them off at there grandmothers house. And he told me that he didnt care about that. I told him i was getting a lawyer and reporting him to the BBB. And he didnt care anyways. He got his money and his car back. And hes gonna resale it and make more money on it. Hope people read this and stay away from here.

I have had nothing but a exceptional experience with jd byrder. I purchased my car about a month ago with them. I took the car back because a bad tire, Carl and his staff put on 4 new tires yesterday my ac went out. Today they installed a new compressor. I bought the car with a bad bumper and they are replacing it as well. I can not say enough about how good the service staff is. They not only do thier best to get the job done, they do it with pride. This means alot to me I even had a friend buy a car from them that's how professional they are with their customers. I would like to say a special Thank You to Carl, Daniel and their staff. You all are awesome keep up the excellent service. More dealerships need to have your response and professionalism. Thank you, again, Richard
RUN DON'T WALK!!! I am a mother of two recently divorced working to improve my credit and overall financial situation and thought JD Byrider could help boy was I wrong! I purchased a vehicle that had an engine light on from the day I drove off the lot. I test drove the car and then the saleswoman took the car to put gas in it (after I signed my paperwork of course) and the engine light came on when she brought it back to me....she told me to bring the car back the next day and that it would be a simple fix but that wasn't the case... I purchased the car in August I couldn't get the car registered until February because of the engine light remaining on after attempting to fix the car 10 different times.. I spent over $100 in cab fees dropping the car off to the multiple car shops JD Byrider partners with. The car was given back to me and the engine light continues to come on and go off...things got so bad they had to give me a replacement car (which had an engine light on also and smelled of burnt rubber under the hood). The dealership in Austin where I purchased my car was closed down I have had to deal with the people in the San Antonio office for repairs etc. Ramiro Herrera is the GM he told me that I would get a replacement car because I explained to him that I felt taken advantage of and hoodwinked because I was given a car with severe engine issues that they "rigged" to get to pass inspection only for the engine light to continue to come back on! I was promised a call back about a replacement car and never received one..I have pictures to show that I have had 3 temp tags expire because I couldn't get the car registered or inspected with the engine light on! Now that my car is registered the engine light still comes on and goes off! They will take advantage of you because they know they report to your credit and they want to make sure they stick you in a POS car and force you to make payments or have your credit score be impacted negatively! Well played!
