So much false advertising. I would not recommend going here for any sort of repair. First of all their website says that diagnostics are $25, but they actually charged me $29 and refused to lower it. Their website also notes that there are no up front costs although I had to fork out money then and there. Finally, they advertise a 24 hour diagnostic. The day after I took it in I got notifications to say they were waiting for me. So I went in and they told me that they made a mistake and it wasn't actually ready, but they would notify me when it was. After not hearing anything for another 24 hours I called back and they said that they had notified me which is incorrect because I was supposed to receive email and text notifications, Which I did when they "accidentally" called me in but not when it was actually ready. So it ended up being a 72 hour diagnostic just so that they could plug in a new video card and tell me that was the problem.Short Version: False Advertising and slow service. Take your business elsewhere.
The staff was very helpful in replacing my ghost screen issue on 5s. Apple doesn't replace cracked glass screens, that is aftermarket companies that do that. My guess previous review the screen was already broke and the other review they probably went in without appointment. As I have been many …

Yesterday was my first visit to the PC outlet on 410 near Vance Jackson. I was lucky enough to get a sales rep named Robert H. who was extremely courteous, patient, and friendly. But most importantly, he had a passion for identifying what was wrong with the computer. You could see that he was going to meet the challenge. He even put a movie on for my 3 kids to watch while he assisted me. He worked hard at resolving my problem and when he couldn't find it, he called in some backup. I was out of there in a minimal amount of time with a minimal amount of expense. This is what customer service is all about! I observed how he behaved with other customers and it was the same way. PC Outlet will be our computer store from now on!! The best service I have had anywhere in a long, long, time!
Within the first 5 min of my visit I was impressed with how knowledgable the staff was. They have a large selection of vaping equipment & tons of flavors to choose from. You can even sample for free to find your favs. The atmosphere is cumfy-cozy & pricing is reasonable. I am new at vaping, 3 weeks, so I brought in all the items I had previously purchased & they took the time to not only explain to me but demonstrate how each part works & how to properly fill my tank. None of the other stores took the time to do this & the kit I bought at a different store came with no instructions. After trying many I am so happy I have finally found my vaping store. Try them...you won't be disappointed!
Jerry at SAPC Upgrades is fantastic. He helped fix my computer when a virus demolished it. Jerry takes time to personally explain computer issues and goes above and beyond the call of service. He worked extra fast on my computer over the weekend, doing a more thorough job and completing the task faster than any other company I've dealt with. He knows his industry (i.e. see his facebook page) and I look forward to recommending him to friends, family, and small business owners. Thanks!

I was amazed as right when I walked in the door a associate, Priscilla greeted me perfectly, then saw my broken laptop and gave me a fast and professional quote on the repair within minutes. While she was I the back Cassandra and Logan separately came up to check on me and see if I needed anything else. Those associates were way on top of it! They were taking care of all the customers in a timely and friendly fashion!

Anna and Austin are the most professional computer repair experts I have ever known.They are not only thorough but know how inconvenient a malfunctioning machine can be, therefore, they do everything to have your machine operating again asap. Whenever I visit the store they always gives 1hr waiting time and more over there is no display where we can check our name in the queue and hiw much time waiting time left. we need go every time and ask representative. No proper response and fast service. I had problem 3 times with my apple 6s plus. This is my first and last Iphone ever bought.
I came here with my family the first week of December. The staff was friendly and approached us offering assistance.The prices seemed fair.My big complaint was the aisles were PACKED with product. It was stacked everywhere. It was very uncomfortable tand difficult to get around. We left after being there about 15 minutes.
