I found this company knowing we need to move out in a few months since we were having a hard time to find a good place to live at. Our agent name is Mrs. Teira E. she's wonderful and her service is unbeatable! During our consultation; she was very flexible and responsive to the questions we had and preferences. Teira actually found several apartments that we like especially the price but had to wait until a certain time knowing our move in date was quite ahead of time. She met our criteria in what we were looking for. When the day came to look at apartments we didn’t need a huge list it was unbelievable that she knew off the bat what exactly we were looking for. We went with her to check out the apartments. It was a phenomenal day knowing we were undecided which one to choose at first but we aim for the right place we just knew it had to be the one.Teira is the absolute BEST real estate agent!!! She provides total dedication, responsiveness to her clients, professionalism and excellent knowledge in what she does. Anyone that is looking for an apartment we really recommend for you to choose this young woman. You won’t regret it at all trust us. We were new to this and we don’t regret anything. We have a good landlord who explained us everything but the best part our agent that helped us since day one continues being there for us. She’s the best, the sweetest with lots of patience. We couldn’t be happier with her commitment to helping us find our new apartment to call home. *Once you walk in there’s always someone available to greet you and immediately explains you how their company works if you haven't called for questions. Everyone is always happy and really nice. There are two different addresses but my agent is at 11255 Huebner Road
Best recruiting station in San Antonio. I joined out of here! We had a future soldier function/gathering and I talked to a few other people that joined out of other stations. They told me about their experiences and how the whole process worked for them. After listening to them, I am glad I …
First and foremost, as a current resident, I couldn't regret my decision to live here more. The front office staff was entirely replaced all of a couple of weeks after we moved in, and it has been nothing but a downhill slope since. We originally signed up for an assigned parking spot adding a minimal fee to our monthly bill. When we came to understand they had assigned us an already assigned number, we declined to move to a different spot and attempted to return the parking pass to alleviate the additional fee. My wife tried on two separate occasions to walk into the office, hand over the pass, and move forward with her day, only to find that the front office staff "couldn't accept it" for a couple of reasons they refused to disclose. It took me going down and speaking with the complex manager to finally be able to hand them back their duplicate piece of plastic and get the fee removed. They were unorganized with regard to the parking spots and as such, had a habit of duplicating passes according to the first group of office workers we dealt with. Fast forward to just today, when they decided to not only enforce a policy that I must've overlooked, but push it to the extreme. I am not allowed to store my daughter's bicycle on my patio. It isn't visible to the street. It isn't blocking the use of the back door or her window for the sake of giving them benefit of the doubt in that this is a fire hazard policy and not just some overbearing move by a subpar complex at "maintaining aesthetic". The kicker to this, is that when I called to discuss the letter with the front office, the lady on the phone, yelled at me, talked over me and interrupted me on numerous occasions, and even dared me to read through the lease agreement when I said I was going to for my own information.
It has nice reviews cause management gives you $100 off for a review! Don't be fooled. We have been here for 6 mo & can't wait to move. The place is filthy, there is trash everywhere. My dog cut her paw with a glass bottle, but it shouldn't surprise you, they are all over! Parking is a hassle after 9pm, ppl have to park on the sidewalk or a dark alley (where I parked 2 days ago & my car got broken into). They promised a dog park since July, 7 months later there is none. Furniture looks nice at first, but 6 months later, its falling apart.Yeah, the gym is nice and so is the club house, but you can get more bang for your buck somewhere else. Look around! Being this uncomfortable in your own home is not worth it.

Wow!! Cel is a consummate apartment locator. Upon calling him, he came across as friendly and jovial and let me know exactly what he do for me. After letting him know what I wanted and what part of San Antonio I wanted to live in he emailed me within the hour with several options. He even took the time to accompany me to a few of the apartments I considered. All his suggestions met my needs so I had great options. He made the process very easy and it did not feel like a hassle to deal with him. I'm glad that he was the first apt locator I called in San Antonio. I've worked with other apt locators and have not had the best experience. If you looking for someone who is on the ball and can get you what you need Apartment Locators is the one to call. The were no fees for his professional assistance, he only asked that I put his name down as who refereed me to the apartment.
Luxury, high quality living that is conveniently located right by 1604 and I-10. The customer service is amazing with a friendly staff that goes above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone. The application process is simple and quick. I am happy to call myself a resident at this beautiful and luxury apartment complex
This property is old and poorly insulated, in the winter the down stairs area gets unbearably cold. The sliding glass doors as well as all of the windows are very drafty and need to be replaced. The plumbing and piping needs to be replaced. Had to have the maintenance to clear the drains on more than two occasions. Valves on the toilets upstairs had to be replaced more than once, and they painted right over the tile in the baths instead of replacing old molded tiles. The management is hardly ever on the property and hard to reach. The maintenance is ok but there is only so much you can do to an old worn out property. The water bill is divided up among every one on the property whether you use it or not, my bill more than doubled in less than a year. As far as the security there is none and the gate is almost always open. Don't be fooled by the cosmetics as there are some upgrades but these apartments need to be gutted and redone.
The apts cater to misfits including the apt staff....of you have any sense you will find a place to live where it is not party central and is family oriented. ..go look somewhere else.

Cel is a consummate professional that showed me properties based on what I wanted in a new community. I relocated to San Antonio 18 months ago and I leased two properties that fit my exact needs. I highly recommend him because finding an apartment can be frustrating, but it doesn't have to be a drag.
