The A/C in my car was making an awful rattling noise that quickly got worse over a few days until it reached a point in which neither my husband and I wanted to drive it. It needed to be repaired ASAP so we didn't risk losing our sanity every time we had to drive it. Due to my work schedule, my husband's work schedule, and having a 10.5 month old baby at home, I would have to wait while the car was repaired. We just moved into the area a few months ago, so we had to find an automotive shop. I found Patriot Automotive on YP so I called them to see if they had time in their schedule to service my car. They were already booked/busy for the rest of the day, but Mike managed to squeeze me into the schedule so I could be on my way with same-day service. My car was fixed for a reasonable price within a reasonable amount of time and I was thankfully NOT pestered with suggested add-on services. I greatly appreciated Mike's help at Patriot Automotive, and we will be sure to bring them our business again when needed.

I purchased a used Lexus from North Park Toyota, an affiliated dealership. After attempting several remedies to remove what I initially thought were water spots (the issue ended up being etching from bird droppings), I contacted the North Park dealership General Manager. He was already suggesting how to fix the issue before I had even completed the description. He then suggested I would be better off having anything done at the affiliated North Park Lexus dealership. He promised a call back from North Park Lexus; I received a call from the Lexus General Manager in less than ten minutes. Suffice it to say, I was blown away with their response. I got an appointment that afternoon, and they are taking care of the issue, in a manner that was extremely positive and painless. I found myself thinking about how I could implement such a positive customer service process at the company where I work. This was an absolutely awesome experience, and my compliments to both dealership service departments and management!
I took my 2000 Ford Contour in for jerking when I was driving. Scott looked at my car and had it diagnosed later on that day. He quoted me a reasonable price for the issue plus a tune up. My dad and I decided to get the work done. Scott said he could possibly have it done that day later in the afternoon. I went ahead and waited to check the next day as I know these things can take time. When I called Scott said that all the initial issues were fixed but there was one more urgent matter that needed to be taken care of. I told Scott lets go ahead and get it done because I want my car to be in good shape. He ordered the part and they got it to him very quickly and my car was fixed. All I can say is that I am thankful for people like Scott that take pride in their work and getting it done right. He really looked out for me and I am a very happy customer.
I have taken my land rover, which no one wants to work on and twice they have done a good job no let me reword it they did a great job . Me being a business owner I love customer service and i will not settle for anything less. In working on things I know that anything can go know and that is to be accepted. But good service you have or you don't. I am a person that if you give bad service I would let you know and I will not stand for it . But when I get good service I want to come back and tell my people about the great experience and how I can implemented in my store. I been in there and i will continue to go back. I just had my car returned to me after the boys at Coxco worked on it. My car is in the best condition it has ever been in and it runs as if it is brand new!! I was in and out in only an hours time and back to work before anyone noticed that I was gone. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they helped out so much with the car lingo that I didn't understand. I love that this is a family owned business and you can see all of their smiling faces when you walk in the doors. I recommend everyone who reads this to take their cars to Coxco, we loved it so much!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
Called them on a whim while driving in to San Antonio from Austin at about mid day on a Saturday. I explained to them how my muffler broke off of my '99 civic, and that I needed it fixed and reinstalled immediately for cheap, if at all possible. Carlos was honest, fair, and ended up only charging $75+tax for a brand new one, which included install fees. I shook his hand and called it $100 for everything, mostly bebecause he seems like a really nice guy. They took 45 minutes and I was in and out before I knew it. Would definitely bring car to them again
I have been to a lot of car repair shops over the years, however the people are are above reproach, very friendly, neat, and care about the customer. They did a diagnois on mytruck along with a estimate to have it repaired. The price was more than fair, the servicewas quick, and the best part was they came in under the estimate they gave me to fixmy truck, how many people would do that, they are more than fair, I would highly recommend this business establishment to any and all people needing auto repairs.They made a customer of me for lifeThanks
I have been doing business with Bring Your Own Parts since they opened. They have always done me right. They always give me options to choose from and even let me see what needs to be done. The guys are friendly and helpful. i don't know alot about cars so they put me at ease. i know that BYOP will be straight with me and that is all I ask. I recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to do so. My experience has always been good with them fixing my car as quickly as they can. I will continue to do business with BYOP!!!
I took my daughter's car in this morning because her battery light kept coming on and she was having problems starting it. I spoke with Scott Matowitz. He had her car taken back to be looked at immediately and then promptly explained the problems in terms that I could understand. He provided me with options and then offered a very reasonable estimate. He ordered the parts and within a few hours the car was fixed ready to go. Now that is service !!!! He was very kind and I will definitely use them again in the future.
This is a great little performance shop nestled in Northeast San Antonio; a hidden gem if you will. While the shop may seem small at a glance, they offer quite the diversity when it comes to mechanical knowhow: welding, engine swaps, all the way to tuning some very fast/reliable cars.The owner, Will, is very down to earth, and even takes the time to know and remember his customers of which I am one of.
