This company was very disappointing. They had our dishwasher one month saying the parts took time to get in when ordered. They could not install the dishwasher because we needed another hose that we could buy from Ace Hardware. We had been told they would have this hose in their truck. Consequently we said we would get someone else to fix and install the dishwasher. It is under warranty but whirlpool will pay their part and we will pay for an install that should have happened today. We will NEVER use this company again.

I called at 10:00am to have a repairman for my dryer. Someone at home ALL day waiting. It's now 4:58 and the owner calls to say that he's been really busy and is unable to service my dryer today. REALLY!!! I could have contacted another service company. Well needless to say, he informed me that he's been in business for 30 years. DOUBTFUL!! Because anyone with common sense would at least call the customer in advance and apologize for the inconvenience. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS**

Service tech charged me $92 to look at unit. Told him unit was acting up since I had warranty work done on cook top last year and that tech looked at oven burner and made it act up. He wanted another $200 to order parts and fix. I called another repairman and he fixed it. It was a loose ground screw on the burner tube. I called and asked for a refund. My money is hard earned and I expect a professional that makes $92 in 20 minutes. The manager won't call me back. Use somebody else and not this company.
The repairman came as scheduled. I had issues with the cook stove, he turned it on...held his hand above it and said that it was working. $42.50. He looked at the clothes dryer, shined his flashlight in it and said that the vent needed cleaning, I said ok let's clean it....He replied "We don't do that.....$42.50. The clothes washer was not making the "squeaking " sound so he said " It's OK"........$85.00. He wanted to overcharge me $21.00 for mileage. After NEVER taking a tool from his bag and doing nothing.........Total bill $201.00NOTHING even worked on must less fixed.Called owner and got NO SATISFACTION
Horrible service, or lack there of! We have had to use them twice through whirlpool and GE. Both times something has come up where the service tech couldn't come out to make repairs. When calling the office, the receptionist is extremely rude and has no clue what customer service is!! It was such a nightmare we finally just bought new appliances!
I called and asked if they could come out and look at my stove, my oven and my refrigerator. We made an appointment and he showed up on the appointed day. He took a cursory look at the refrigerator and said the ice maker was making the sound I was hearing (it wasn't). He told me the oven was working as designed (it wasn't). He tightened some connections on the stove and declared it fixed. He charged 3 separate service call fees, one for each appliance. The stove repair lasted about 3 weeks. I have identified the problem with the refrigerator and have ordered the parts to fix it. I think I know what I need to do to the stove. The oven problem isn't that serious. Anyway, these people are amateurs who know less about what they are doing than I do. Not recommended.
The technicians don't know how to repair washing machines and/or dryers. Declare appliance is fixed when it isn't. The charge outrageous service & mileage fees. Rude and disrespectful receptionist.
