        I brought my 2000 Neon in for a checkup, they recommended over $1,000 worth of work. I then went to the dealer and they were able to fix the problem for a small fraction of the price I was quoted at Firestone. Avoid this place at all costs!

        Not a good service experience

        Said they could plug my leak, then after a half hour, I noticed they had the wrong tire off the vehicle. When I pointed that out, they got upset then five minutes later said they couldn't fix it. I was upset and told them to give me my vehicle back. I cew tobaco, and keep a bottle in my car to spit in, and when I got back in the vehicle, it was proped up, upside down on my driver's side floor with all the contents dumped on my floor.
