All Seasons Tent & Rental Service

Horrible customer service. I spent almost $3500 in rentals and only used 13 tables because it rained. I had a tent put up (which was available to me last minute because no one else had reserved it) and still wasn't able to have my wedding because there was 6 feet of water up into the tent. I was told "a refund was not necessary because I could still have my wedding" even though we would be walking through puddles of water and mud everywhere. I went out of my way to take care of her tables and chairs the day of my wedding and even had to start my wedding an hour late because we had to transport 13 tables from Christoval to the new venue in San Angelo. I will never use them again or recommend them to ANYONE. I feel a partial refund was deserved especially since the tent was not needed by anyone else and they wouldn't have been out that money anyways. This is one place that is only in it for the money and doesn't care if your day goes smoothly or not. So sad there are people like this...all of my other vendors happily gave me refunds.
