Before you order online, read the fine print. They do not keep their inventory current and their customer service is HORRIBLE. If you order online, be prepared that the item is out of stock and they keep the item showing as available. This is what happened to me. They sent an email that it was out of stock. I found the item online - at a higher price, sent an email asking them to fulfill the order. No response. Called and was told the item was backordered until February. With no warning, they canceled the order and refunded my credit card. Which was actually good because I found the pair at Drysdales for a better price - with outstanding customer service. Bottom line is...they shouldn't offer an online ordering service if they cannot afford the technology to keep it up to date.

These people have a really cool website if you haven't been to it yet. Sure there is a huge store to go to but the selection of boots and apparel really opens up once you're online. I've ordered from them a couple times (once for in store pick up and once to ship to my house) and both times I haven't had any complaints. I think this place has a nice selection and great prices.

I am from Colorado and a truck driver and every chance I get to come through I visit this location and it's always a blast. They have everything you could ask for, from feed and seed to hardware to cowboy apparel. When I'm not driving and I'm at home and my wife or me needs new pairs of boots we always order from the website and have not had ANY problems from their customer service or from shipping. Their policies do state that items are not guaranteed to be in stock 'cause they ship direct from manufacturers, so I think if you're thinking about ordering from them then you should call beforehand to make sure the item that you want is in stock. Will order from them again in the future.

Excellent Experience, Great Service

Ignore the Nay-Sayers. I've done business with them for years and always pleased with my experience.




I don't even like giving them 1 star. What a terrible experience. I would stay away from ordering from them online, they don't have most of the items listed but have no trouble taking your money without communicating with you that the items aren't available. This whole operation is a joke. After not receiving my shipment after several weeks, I decide to call. I'm told the item is no longer available, I wonder when I would have figured this out if I hadn't called? No attempt to contact me to let me know the item wasn't available. No refund either until I specifically asked for it, WOW! This was in regard to their Breyer products, so if you're ordering for a child, be extra careful as you may never get the product which leads to a heartbroken child awaiting a special unprofessional, not to mention the amount of time you have to stay on hold to even talk to a human being is ridiculous. They have no business dealing with internet sales if this is the kind of service they provide.




Do not order from Scruggs Farms. I placed an order for two ceiling mount light fixtures on December 31st. I immedately received a Pay Pal receipt, but nothing else. About a week later I called to inquire about the order and had to just leave a message. Nobody called back. Three days later I called again and reached a young woman who said she would look into it and call me right back; she never did. A few days later I called again and reached a young man who found my order under the name on the Pay Pal receipt and put me on hold while he researched it. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER a femaled picked up the phone and offered to help me. I explained the situiation and was put on hold again. TEN MINUTES LATER the same original young man picked up the phone and I had to explain the entire situation again. He put me on hold yet again, and then finally came back on the line and told me that the items I ordered are on back order, but that they will be shipping out today. Neat trick. I have ZERO confidence that my order will ever show up. And just for the record, I rarely post bad reviews about companies. I just felt this experience was outrageous.
