the staff there was great and very friendly, although Dr. Church was very rude and unprofessional, never have i experienced such a rude unprofessional doctor, he was not helpful or willing to help, all he did during the visit was criticize me for the whole hour i was there, he didnt give me a chance to explain or talk to him about what was going on and why i was there to visit him. the doctor made unnecessary and hurtful comments, brushed my concerns off on the ground. Dr. Ryan Church that I am not worth doing further investigations. He continued to tell me that helping me would be a waste of time, im very disappointed with my visit, i wouldnt recommend this doctor to anyone.

While the doctor I was with was absolutely wonderful, a lot of the other people who work here are unprofessional. Especially the office manager. I was going to be late to an appointment and so I called ahead to let them know only be told I would have to keep a lot of my health concerns to myself if I was still going to come to my appointment as I was late. That's unprofessional behavior and the receptionist was rude as well in her tone of voice. If they're so concerned about me being 20 minutes late to my physical then how come everytime I've had an appointment here and arrived promptly at my appointment time, I've had to wait for an hour after my appointment started before I see the doctor? Unpleasant words were exchanged with the receptionist after she told me this, and admittedly I was probably wrong in how I handled it. But get this. They sent me a certified letter telling me they would no longer see me. Not just a letter. Certified. They wanted to be sure I got their politely worded "screw off." That's just insanely petty. I'd already made the decision that I wasn't going to return here for my medical care in the future but to receive a certified letter in the mail, I had to write this review.
I will never bring my daughter to this clinic ever again! Lisa whats-her-last name, N.P. was really rough when my 12-month daughter didn't want her to look in her ear, she squeezed the top of my daughter's head, forcing it to turn to the direction she wants. My daughter cried loudly while she did this. I know my daughter and I know she got hurt, but I did not say anything even if I should have. Second, we were in for my daughter's vaccines and they gave her 5 shots and we left after. 2 hours or so later, I got a call, saying they forgot to give 1 more vaccine. I went in AGAIN that same day for it, only to know that it wasn't required until her 15th month. What's wrong with you people?! I only found out after they gave it to her. Ugh! Worst ever. They said it's because I don't have to return in 3 months. I'd rather return in 3 months than to have my daughter overdose on vaccines!! What kind of facility is this? Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time going there.
I made several simple yet specific requests of the doctor, anesthesiologist, and nurse prior to my surgery at St. Marks. Each "healthcare professional" assured me that my requests would be honored. After surgery I learned that NONE were. The entire experience left me feeling utterly betrayed and marginalized. If you go there for surgery, you will be heavily sedated as quickly and as long as possible so that they don't have to worry about your humanity. I strongly encourage you to find a different hospital for surgery.
This is a horrible hospital. There is little to no follow-up after a proceedure. If you pre-pay for your proceedure, you can expect a surprise bill a few months later. Their billing department is a nightmare! If you have the choice, don't go to this hospital.
I have seen this doctor's office three times in four years (only ones who take my weird insurance). Each time for an urgent need (strep throat, adverse drug reaction, etc). Every single time, the doctor REFUSES to treat my symptoms. Every time they've told me to take BENADRYL and go to the ER! And here's the clincher. ....they know I have what's called a paradoxical reaction to benadryl so I CAN'T take it. What is WRONG with this doctor? Did he get in trouble for prescribing medication or something? I don't understand it. And why have a personal physician if you're always going to be sent to the er anyway? I guess they think everyone is a drug addict and treat you as such. But seriously, I NEVER go to the doctor but if I have Fricken STREP THROAT and am in extreme pain, I think the doctor should give pain medication until the antibiotics kick in! Sheesh! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR! Oh the arrogance! Shame on you doctor.
I hate how medical offices take advantage of you! I went in for 15 minutes to see Dr. Corson for birth control. I already knew I would get the pill, but the office required me to go in for a doctor visit (of course). Apparently they billed for a "consultation" - which I didn't actually get because I just needed my prescription. This consultation was billed at $136.00, on top of the general co-payment that I paid ($15.00). These people are so inconsiderate of your situation and will get money out of you at any expense. I would NOT recommend this office at all. The doctor wasn't terrible, but seems to treat you like a transaction. The office staff is inconsiderate, rude, and careless.
We came because my friend fractured her arm and have been here for 4 hours, 30 min in an empty waiting room, 1 hour waiting for staff to being her her meds, and another hour after we had been cleared to "leave" waiting for the insurance paper work. At IHC we would have been out of here in half the time I can't believe this

My wife and I had the OB write a prescription to get the 20 week anatomy scan for our pregnancy. We were in the scanning room for 45 minutes or so and the scanning technician was very friendly. She worked as a scanner both here and at a local hospital. We paid cash because it was less expensive out of pocket than messing with our insurance. We both really liked the service. This was in 2012. I saw all the bad reviews and just had to share our positive experience.
