In [lack of] customer service a company reveals its monopolistic apathy when they disguise action they don't want to do as what they "can not" do, when the truth is "will not".I was charged twice for a month's bill, and as a result had a standing credit in my account. The credit amount was more than sufficient to pay the next bill's charge. But Questar Gas still charged my bank account for the full amount of the new charge, via the use of their Auto Payment process; and did not use the credit. When I called to have this corrected, or to have the credit returned to me, I was told nobody could help me and that I was stuck. Effectively they have stolen $122 from me and would not return it. I asked for supervisors, managers etc and was told no. Needless to say I canceled my auto pay, and am now looking for a competitor of Questar Gas company.
