Bought a car from them for our daughter, loved the experience, great place to get kids cars, they had a lot of cars in our price range. (2-3000)
Stay as far away from this place as possible. Tom will berate you if things don't work out exactly as he wants them to. He is the epitome of used car salesman. If you ask to take the car to a independent mechanic he will berate you. How dare you want to actually make sure that the car you are about to buy isn't a lemon? Also, be warned that if you communicate with him through text he will likely make derogatory comments towards you. He definitely knows a lot about customer service.
My new favorite car dealership! I tell everyone to come here. Great cars at VERY affordable rates! Great staff too! Very focused on the customer.
Beware of this auto dealer. What looks like a good deal is actually predatory lending disguised. So, if you don't mind buying a car through Check City or Cash America then this place is for you.I told them right up front that I had $200 a month for a payment. They said no problem and they put me in a 2008 Kia Rondo with 125,000 miles on it. What they did not tell me, nor is it the sales contract that this is not $200 a month like you believe. Yes, the lease agreement informs you that it is $200 bi-weekly, but who is going to read the lease agreement after studying the sales contract and signing it? And the sales person did not dissuade me from believing it was a monthly payment.Who is going to spend $430 a month on a ten-year old used Kia with 125,000 miles on it. For a monthly payment of $430 one could purchase a new Cadillac (loaded). After I discovered the lie, I made the mistake of going in to see them and working something out. After the staff realized I was not going to make a payment that day, the sales manager had a lot boy pull the manager's pick-up behind my car to block me from leaving with it. Very heavy-handed. I took a cab to another car dealer and they approved all of my conditions, including a monthly payment of $200. On pulling my credit report they saw that there was a repossession reported by Markosian Auto. I would now need two grand to put down on a used car.Beware these unscrupulous people, who will definitely take you for a ride.
Tony is very knowledgeable with his work. I was really impressed with his knowledge about cars. I was able to get the vehicle I want, thanks to his help. I would give him a very high rating for sure.
Be wary of these crooks. My girlfriend bought her first car from First Class Cars. She said the sales process went ok, and she was fairly happy with her car, until she wrecked. Then we saw what First Class Cars was really like. When she bought the car, they signed her up for insurance through a company that I assume either they own or are in some sort of partnership with. Well she slid off the road in some snow and hit a fairly sturdy traffic sign. The damage wasn't incredible, but due to the low value of the car, it should have been totaled. Her insurance didn't see it that way. They told her that she had to take the car to the auto body shop run by First Class Cars, right there in the parking lot. They gave her no choice. What a joke it became. Her car needed a new front bumper, hood, headlights and radiator. Any decent shop could make these repairs in a day. They had her car for nearly 3 months. Every day she would call in, and they would give her the run around, never ever being up front with her. They'd say the mechanic was out or that they planned on starting it within the next couple days, but they just kept putting it off. In the meantime she was paying $25 a day for a rental while still making payments on her car. When she finally got her car back, it was pathetic. The bumper was hanging limp, and one of the headlights was pointing WAY up. They made no effort to put the car back together right, just the bare minimum that would get it back on the road. And the paint. Ooooh the paint. Within ONE WEEK, the paint on the bumper started peeling. In a month, it was half gone. We literally used a garden hose to remove the rest of the paint from the bumper so that it was just all black instead of half silver. She needed help on her credit score to get into an apartment, but they never once reported her payments to the credit bureau until a month after the car was paid off. And then to top it all off, after she made her last payment on the car, they gave her the run around again before giving her the title to the car a month later.I would love to throw a brick through their office window and slash a few tires, but I'll take the legal approach and tell you about it. If you really must get a car from First (Worst) Class Cars, do not use any of the companies that they refer you to for insurance, loans, etc. They'll screw you bad to make a profit.
Horrible liars and disgusting dealership facilities-grotesque doesn't even begin to describe salesman & this place! All buyers beware and run, don't walk away from this place!!!
If you want to have the perfect car for you, this is the place I can recommend. The people here are so helpful and professional you would not have any trouble with your purchase and transaction.
No complaints, just admiration for this company. The help they provide is really awesome. If you want to have the perfect vehicle for you, come visit this place. They have professionals who can help you.
I have been taking my cars to Pablo at Jalisco Auto for 17 years and refer everyone I know to him. He's simply the best. Very knowledgeable, quick, honest and his prices are very fair. I never feel like I have to do tons of research to make sure what needs to be done to the cars makes sense/is needed. I have always had a great experience working with his shop and HIGHLY recommend his work.
