My paint now looks like I've used my kitchen sponge to scrub my car. It's covered in swirl marks from incompetent workers after going in for a full service. Save your money and wash your car yourself.

Great value overall. Its fast, you stay in your car the whole time. It only took 5 min or so, & looks great. I also like that the wash is truly brush free wash. With a new black car, I will only go here from now on.
This car wash has always been good but now they just put a whole new system in. It's awesome. It mixes touchless and touch technology. It's dialed in and does a better job than any car wash I've been to in SLC. The touchless sprayers sound like they are removing the paint from your car. It's a must try now that they spent the dough to update the system. Also a 2 day rain guarantee and if you have the money, try the mini detail. The cost of two premium washes but comes out like a new car in about 30 minutes. Summer is here so you might have to make an appointment so your not waiting. I love the way it comes out of the tunnel. You can see the difference between other places. It's blown dry to the point that you could go without drying except the mirrors and door jambs. They have compressed air to blow them out and all the trouble spots. A sure thing for me. I have tried a lot of other tunnels that were disappointments. You can't go wrong. The end product speaks for itself. I promise.
The light told us to go further which resulted in us going to far and having to return, repay, and do again. We would like a refund of the first payment.
I went to Willy Wash to was my car. They have nothing to make change when you don't have dollar bills. I lost about 3 dollars today because I didn't see the somewhat scratched out sign at the very bottom corner, that said not a change maker. The sign should be at the top in a bright box. Will not go to that car wash again.
Awesome customer service! I wanted to get my car cleaned. More than just the usual inside outside wash, but not an actual detail. I called them up to asked how much, I spoke to one of their managers & he say its best to bring it in to look at it for something like this, because everyone wants something different & to make sure no miscommunications. I went in & had them take a look at it, to see what it would need to freshen it up. They put some things together for me, had it done within an hour and I only spent $45.00 overall. I really liked they way: they didn't try to up charge me on things I didn't need, & that they cared about me as a customer. I told the manager that I called 2 other places before them and they both wanted to sell me the full detail for about $150. He say that they were happy to help, & do this for a lot of customers. I really appreciated the honest and thoughtful customer service. With how much these guys care, it will take a lot for me to ever want to go somewhere else!
Top salesman N**k will sell you bogus deal on monthly wash. No wonder he is one of your top salesman. Poor ethics, service, & communication. Will for sure tell friends DO NOT GO too.
Supersonic carwash is done. They used to be big in their 90's heyday, but now every single location in Utah is showing its' decrepit age with outdated equipment and aging architecture. I'd recommend going with Mister Hotshine instead, or if you live in Midvale, try Rocket Express Carwash. Both franchises are far more up to date with state of the art equipment that is safer on your car, and will do a much better job cleaning it as well.
This place sucks. I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with 1700 miles and not a scratch, other than the left side rear door that is now trashed thanks to this car wash. I took the car back within 45 minutes of the wash, filled out an accident report and was told I would be contacted in two days after the guy "talked to management". Have they contacted me? What do you think? My brand new vehicle is now damaged because of this place, and of course they don't give a sh!t.
I tried Willy Wash (in my nieghborhood) for the first time today. I pulled up to the vacuum cleaner, inserted the indicated number of coins in the slot, and . . . nothing happened. I'm taking my business elsewhere. (I found Willy Wash's phone number online, but after 20 rings I got no answer or voicemail.)BOTTOM LINE: Money gobbling machine that does not turn on.
