I called this gay for a electrical issues in my motorhome because it had missing the power converter, but when he show up at the point to look he refused to do the job because he said only do simple stuff.
Called Doug with a problem on my RV. Doug said leave the door unlocked so I did and Doug never showed up on day 1. Day 2 Doug called and said he would be out in the afternoon so I ran home to unlock the door so he could get in. Again Doug didn't show up. Day 3 I left the door unlocked again and Doug never showed up. Day 4 I have given up on Doug and have Access RV fixing the problem. I haven't received a phone call and have just been ignored by him. I don't understand how people in Utah have such poor work ethic and absolutely no customer service skills.
Crooked, crooked, crooked. They sounded good and honest on the phone...We put a $1,000.00 deposit to hold an RV with clear agreement to drive it and be sure it was the one before buying. The one we wanted was in the shop and we expressed interest looking at different unit that was available on the website too. We were shut down on our interest and strongly nudged toward the original one. Finally, the different one we were interested in was said to have a deposit on it already. We decided not to go for the original, but still showed interest in the other. I had a hunch that we were being lied to about the one with the deposit, so we had a friend call asking if it was available and it was! So we went there and looked at it knowing there was no deposit on it. While we were in the fake deposit one, the owner Ben screamed up in his Jeep, yelling at us to get out, that there was a deposit and the potential buyer was very particular about the unit! As we were gathering our baby to leave the unit, he in a sideways kind of way said that we could only buy it if we would pay full price as is. So the the truth came out that the RV was available (or he was willing to sell it out from under the other buyer if there was one). What was worse is that that RV had tires that were showing metal and would have blown for sure and the underside was terribly rusty.Essentially, these guys didn't care if we went home in the right RV or a safe one. On top of that they would not give the deposit back, so I had to file a dispute and was smart enough to get in writing that it was 100% refundable and that we were not obligated to buy the RV.
I am a disabled 62 year old veteran. My wife and I live full time in our motor home. I have called this guy twice. Once to inquire whether he did generator work. He does not. He never asked where I was. But quoted a high price for a service call and was rude about it. Then I called about fixing a small propane leak. He asked where I was at. I told him that I was in a Wal-Mart lot. He told me he me he only does repairs at people's homes. Screamed at me and told me that he was not my guy and yelled that he me that he had told me this before. This was the first time I had given him a location. BTW, the first time I called him I was at Mountain Shadows RV Park in Draper ( Great place and fair priced.) I don't have one. If he's not mobile what good is he? Very very rude man. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
