The Puppy Lounge is incredible. My vet told me about the Puppy Lounge. When I walked in the door I immediately knew this one would be different. The employees are warm and friendly and clearly love the dogs. They were very helpful and patient with getting Sushi signed in and paperwork completed. The facility is clean, smells great, open and bright. The playroom is huge and has furniture for the dogs to lounge around on. The best part......THE WEBCAM! I can watch Sushi play as I work through the day. It's so great! I leave Sushi often for overnight boarding when I am on the road with work and feel confident that she is loved and cared for. When I drop her off I swear she looks at me and says "BYE MOM" as she jumps out of my arms to run and see her friends. I always feel great leaving her. OH....and the groomer does a great job and always has her ready when I arrive to pick her up. I LOVE THE PUPPY LOUNGE!
Very Pink and Sparkly!!! To say that this is the place to take your right-sized pup is an enormous understatement, you will LOVE these ladies. And they will love your dog. I have two dogs that regularly go to 'camp' at The Puppy Lounge, and they both go hurtling in for their day or fun. I've also boarded with them, and they take wonderful care of my precious dogs. Dogs need to be under 30lb, and shorter than I think 15" at the shoulder. Both mine fit right in. It's very pink and sparkly, and they dress up (the girls, that is) for holidays. I'm always happy leaving Murphy and Molly in their care!

He wanted a place where he could take me during the day to play, get exercise and make new dog friends. He found The Puppy Lounge. They meet all of my expectations and more. I have been using PetZtyle for the past 3 years never been happier with the service until recently the past year, The owner started to act indifferent , she use to be friendly and nice all of the sudden she started to act indifferent and distant, I went out of the country and before I left she groomed my dog she told me she will call me to give me an appointment and she never call she only said in October but no date, finally I call her and she gave me an appointment at 0730 am which she later text me and reschedulet to 1 pm. I text her 8 min after 1 and she did not returned my text I waited until 130 and text her again, and at this time I was upse at her for not calling and returning my text, So I send her another text telling her that it was obvious she did not wanted my business any more. She did not text me back until 530 telling that she came knock on the door the dogs barked and no one answered the door which it a total lie, I look true the window and open the door to my son right around that time and there was no signs of her anywhere in the street, the other thing is she usually text me right when she gets there. Any way she was not doing a good job towards the end she got sloppy and careless and the bad attitude the fact that she did not apologized for the delay the lies and luck of empathy for someone that works graveyards make me not wanting her business any more.
They know their business!! Very helpful on every aspect. Only down side is the hours in the store are short due to doing in home services on customer tanks.
I did not have a good experience I bought a hamster and in three days it died and I did every thing they said it was already sick when I got it you people made me hate your store.
I had to find my receipt so I could get the exact date/time I was there. 5/7/13 at 7:44 PM. This particular time I was SOOOOO impressed by the staff there I just had to write! THIS is what customer service looks like. The young gal who helped me in the area of Replendish feeding and watering bowls was excellent, went above and beyond, and was very pleasant. I felt good after leaving there for quite awhile. I wish other businesses would get a clue about how important customer service is. I will go way out of my way to go somewhere that makes me feel happy. Likewise, I will go way out of my way to avoid a place with lousy customer service. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience every time I shop there, but especially this time :)
BEWARE- If I could give this zero stars I would. To start I wanted a salt water set up. Going to Fish 4 U was the only store close to my house and I had high hopes that the employees could help me get everything I needed for a setup after the one I bought on KSL was a POS. First off I spent over $3k on the tank, stand, sump and lights. Being a beginner in the saltwater fish world and was told they are very hard to keep maintained I went in with high hopes their knowledge in the matter would make this a breeze. WRONG. They sold me a fresh water aquarium tank with a sump refugium that hangs over the side of the tank. Bulk head fitting was cracked in the first kit we got, took it back and owner said there was no way that it could have cracked. Told him that we didnt crack it, it was already cracked in the box. Finally replaced part after a lecture from the owner of how impossible that was. Sold me a light knowing that it was going underneath a hood to the setup. Light melted. Went in and talked to the owner and he said he could not take it back but could give me a 80% refund?? So they dont back up anything that they sell on equipment. Another problem I had was the light for the sump went out a week after I bought it and when I took it back in the box they asked me for the receipt and he said "ya these have a problem with going out for no reason, they're not good lights" and had to call the owner to ask if they could replace it. Really? Your selling things that you know are defective? Now let me just say this has all happened in the course of 3 months, everyone there knew who I was and what my setup needs were I mean I was in there ALOT. If I am spending over $3k in a day for a setup not to mention fish, rocks, food and chemicals on top of that dont you think you could honor my purchases by replacing things that melt, malfunction or break on your sale? I am soo upset that I am being sold freshwater setup items for saltwater needs. This sump hose has leaked all over the floor after a second replacement of the bulk head fitting was replaced. DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you want quality equipment and knowledgable salesmen go somewhere else. No one in the store is on the same page as far as care and maintenance goes. They have completely jaded me by selling me cheap equipment that ruined my experience,
staff are friendly and extremely helpful. we live quite a distance but its worth the drive. great selection of fish, plants etc
