Salt Lake City, UT One Hour Dry Cleaning

I will never go there again! Went yesterday to wash a couple loads.Took my min-pin with me on a leash.He was by my side the whole time.Went in the restroom,only been in there about 10 sec and there was a LOUD pounding on the door. I opened it and there was the cleaning lady telling me my dog pooped on the floor.She showed me and I said,"No he didn't,besides thats not poop"She said "Oh yes he did,its on camera" I bent down,stuck my finger in the brown stuff and smelled it. "Its chocolate. One of these kids spilled chocolate on the floor(there was about 4 children running around)I said,"here smell it" She wouldnt do it still insisting my dog pooped on the floor.Then the male manager came up to me"you gotta take your dog out of here" I argued with him and told him my dogs not going outside. As soon as my load was thru washing , I took the clothes out and went somewhere else. Their change machine was even out of order. Can you imagine a laundry with no change machine?They are very rude and stupid and stubborn and the place is hotter inside than outside-like being in a sauna. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I also feel they are discriminating because Iam not Hispanic. They are and it was all Hispanic customers in there, I was the only white american person. If rating was not required I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

The only place I'll ever go! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, my clothes and household items always come back on time and looking great!

WARNING: Took a vintage kimono in to be dry cleaned, had to go back 4 times because they bled the colors and then TORE OFF A SLEEVE (!!!) "in the machine." The woman at the counter blamed me, saying that it was "too big" for the machine (still not sure what this machine is), and stated that I had asked them to clean it...um, yes, I did. That's why I brought it to you. If you think you might damage it or it is "too big" for your machines, I expect you to NOT take my money and to advise me to go elsewhere. She also tried to minimize the bleeding by saying it wasn't that bad, and then told me it cost $60 to repair the sleeve, so they would not compensate me for the ruined kimono. I told her that repairing damage they caused was not a benefit to me, but was refused compensation or an apology. This place is dishonest and harmful, please give your business to a local cleaner with integrity.

I love this dry cleaners! The store owner, Leslie, is amazing; and I trust all of my dry cleaning to this location. Best cleaners I have found in the city.

They washed and press one of my shirts and left an ironing burn spot on the front of the shirt. When I returned the shirt and showed the spot they denied it happen they and stated that in 26 years this has never happened. Terrible cleaners stay away

I am from California and this place is so far the best place I have been to yet in salt lake . Very friendly, amazing customer service, I have had my clothes cleaned there the last two months and they have been perfect I will continue to go there and have recommended to my friends so far so good .

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service: I brought in a "dry clean only" light cream parka that was ruined by their dry cleaning machine. Leone, himself, told me that his son new that the machine would not clean the jacket properly and it left light grey and purple markings ALL over the jacket, however instead of just returning the jacket without attempting to clean it, he put it through the machine 2-3 times! Leone agreed with me that his son should not have cleaned the jacket, however he could not be responsible for the damage done by the machine nor his son and advised me to take it back to the store to have the store refund my money. He did not offer to compensate me for the damage to the jacket, and when I asked what their policy was in these instances, he said the store should be held accountable, not him, his son nor the machine. Now I'm out the $200 i spent on the jacket plus the dry cleaning expenses. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANER AS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO DESTROY THEM.
