Great experience with this company! Above and beyond what you'd expect from an online purchase. I ordered late and they did everything in their power to make sure I had my gear on time. A+ customer service!!

Spent almost 20k on a new bike. Had it six weeks and the dealership has had it in to fix the ABS five times so far. This last time picking it up I asked the owner to give me more of an official guarantee that I don't have a lemon. He suggested that Utah doesn't have lemon laws which I immediately called him on. And of course the owner is going to be aware. The rules include street bikes and after 4 failed service attempts it is a lemon. His response was a very flat don't think you have a lemon. After showing that little integrity and the service center track record, the owner gets offended when I tell him his word alone wasn't worth anything. If I walked into a bank with five strikes against my credit, I wouldn't be offended at being denied a loan. These tactics by the owner are dishonest and trickle down through the whole dealership. The failed service attempts are somehow less irritating than the dishonest tactics.
