Totally unprofessional receptionist. After scheduling my appointment a MONTH in advance, the artist got sick and decided he couldn't do tattoo's, the day of. Understandble we all get sick...but when rescheduling my appointment the male receptionist was unable to work with my work schedule,so I gave up and took the 8pm after hours appt hesitantly whereas I get up by 2am to go to work and still have a half hour drive home AFTER the tattoo is finished,while trying to explain this to the receptionist the response I got was "yeah that sucks". After finally just taking the after hours appt, because I have been waiting for this specific artist, rearranged work schedules to accomdate my not being there for my 30 employee's, only to find out that the receptionist booked me for another day. OK, I've only been waiting for two months now..have had my appt set, consultation done..to which the artist was 20mins late for... should be good to go and I should FINALLY be on my way to my fantastic new tattoo I've been waiting for right!??..Nope. The response I got was, "well the artist can't even do it tonight because your picture isn't even drawn yet. We don't draw them till the day of usually." If that's true then what's the point of the frickin consult a week to two weeks in advance!?? Plus if he was going to do my tattoo and called out the Same day shouldn't my picture have been done by now??..And ok,if you can do it that quickly then why can't my drawing be done by 8pm when it is only 11am!?? Apparently the only options to accommodate the receptionists mistake is to wait another MONTH people..ANOTHER MONTH for an appointment!?!?!? After waiting now 2 months. This whole expierence has totally ruined all the fun and excitement and good vibes I had going on for years for this tattoo. Totally unprofessional, seriously lame. Bad Karma guys. I would suggest to anyone to save the time,frustration and heartache and just go somewhere else!!
I can't rate these guys low enough. I came in, set up an appointment with Troy, then he spaced on it when I showed up weeks later. I gave him the only reference drawing I had, and the receptionist was a dimwit who barely understood anything I said. I ended up walking out as Troy was tattooing someone else during my appointment time.
He emailed me later, I guess to do damage control, but when I suggested he set up a new time, he never got back to me on that. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you can't even keep your appointments straight maybe you should not be a tattoo artist, or else hire a receptionist who doesn't spell the word 'petroglyph' as 'heteroglip'.
Her big solution was for me to come back two hours later, AFTER my SCHEDULED appointment, and her exact words were "he can do a really quick line drawing." Excuse me? A really quick line drawing? This is for something I've thought about getting for months, painted my own design for, and GAVE to him weeks prior, something that needless to say is going to stay on my body forever. I don't know who taught this girl customer service but saying Troy can 'throw together a really quick line drawing' is absurd. Can't rate their service low enough
