        I needed help setting up a new...

        I needed help setting up a new modem. Scott helped me jump through all of Qwest's hoops to get it working. Without his help I would of kept using my desktop and not the laptop. Great Service.

        Overall

        I got a virus that completely shut down my computer. Scott was out in a couple hours and got rid of the virus and did a tune-up. I'm using Webhead for now on.
