I bought a car last October 2013. It has been the worse car that I have ever owned. Even though it was "As is", they did not disclose the issues of the car. Three months after we bought the car we found out ALL of the engine mounts were cracked. This is a huge safety issue. They also sold us the car at $14,000 and by 3 month it was only worth $8-9,000. It was a 2004 Nissan Murano. So we are upside down on the car and can not do anything about it. Once again we are having mechanical issues. When I asked one of their employees they told me "Why did you buy from us when you have great credit" So I guess if you have bad credit you deserve a crappy car.

I was very upfront with the sales person about the range that I was looking in. I also was very clear that I dont want a car payment over a certain amount. Clearly this salesperson doesn't know how to listen as he kept showing me cars well beyond what I was prepared to pay.
When I was finally fed up becuase he wasnt getting the hint I left while he began being very rude and short. I was very displeased with my experience here.
We bought a new dodge journey that had a little over 40,000 miles on it, two weeks after we bought it started to overheat. We took it to the dodge dealership and it wasn't covered under the factory warranty. My husband spoke with Mike(our salesman) and he worked with us and got the far fixed for free! Even though we didn't have a warranty they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Mike was excellent and I would suggest this dealership to anyone! Derrick in the service department in Sandy was excellent as well and kept in touch with all day about the progress of our vehicle. I couldn't say enough about NAP and am going to recommend them to all my friends and family!
