Love my new boots

Brian spent about an hour with me showing me the exact way to assure a good fit. We tried four pairs of boots until I found one that fit perfect. After skiing Snowbird and Brighton the next two days, I am completely satisfied. Would buy from them again.

Very impressed

From the moment we walked in I was very impressed by the knowledgable staff and the freindly way in which we where treated.
We went there on a recomendation by a freind to get my boots worked on and they had me skiing in comfort, Thanks a million.

Don't believe the Hype

Well I, for one, got caught up in all the advertising hype about what experts they were.

I drove 50 miles to their store and bought my self and my son top of the line ski boots. Their salesman kept telling me I needed a smaller size and that they would only hurt for the first 5 or 6 times I skied and after that, they would be the best boots I had ever owned and to trust him.

Well, I did. Big Mistake!!!

I have been back about 10 times over the last three years trying to get these boots to fit. The are miserable and I am in pain always when I ski. And not just mine, my sons as well.

I almost hate the sport I've always loved the most now and they won't do a thing except try to grind some more and try it again for another miserable ski day. And my wife refuses to ski with me any more since it always entails an hour long trip to the lift house for some more work on these boots that are too small like I told the salesman at the beginning and he would not listen.

So, buyer beware.
