The doctors are good but the receptionist is, rude, unhelpful, unfriendly, accusatory, and an all-around witch. I called to make an appointment for a physical and she told me before she would even let me make an appointment that I would not be able to ask any questions or address any concerns. She then told me that I should go to SLCC to get my physical. She refused to make the appointment.



Then I called for an appointment about some pain I am having. Again, before she even offered an appointment she told me they don’t prescribe any narcotics. I had to tell her I don’t want any narcotics I want medical attention to resolve the issue. I had to tell her 4 times I want an appointment.



I am not a professional patient and they can review my pharmaceutical records to verify. I don’t need his receptionist to stick her 2 cents. I am not seeing her I'm seeing the doctor.



I think I will find another family practice doctor. One who does not have a judgemental receptionist who refuses to make appointments for patients.

Unfortunately, this business is to busy to tell me whether my doctor works there or not. If he does, I am going somewhere else to find a place that can answer my call and give me an answer.
