I went in because I had am open wound sore on my leg, when I saw the doctor was told that "I don't know what to tell you that's not my specialty" I was expecting anything special other then to tell me if it was infected and/or what would be the best way to clean and treat the wound. Received none of that. very disappointed. front end staff was nice as well as the CNA that took vitals but other then that there would be no reason for me to visit this facility again pretty useless if you ask me. I'd give them zero stars for doctor support and knowledge
since i got no insurance i go urgent care for simple diagnose/prescription. used to go express care paying $45 but they closed, end up trying insta care @ 400& 900E SLC location. nice building friendly staff and THAT IS ALL. they charged $75 before i see the doctor, told me any lab work or test i need to pay extra. i met the doctor(less than 2 minutes), got my prescription and left. no lab work or test done. coulple weeks later i received a bill saying office visit $140. i need to pay $65 more!!! of course i called. to make a long long story short, at the end, i asked "if you're charging $140 for the simplest visit why don't you do so when i am there?" they said "oh we dont want to OVERCHARGE you, so we charge least and then we bill you later." if they told me office visit starts $140, i would walk away. rather travel 5 more miles to find other places. if you are like me, insta care is not a smart choice. beware.
