We moved to our north location in 1984 and opened our south clinic in 1997. We are pleased to announce the opening our our new Draper location! From two primary care providers, FFC has expanded to our current staff of eighteen primary care physicians, seven physician assistants and nine specialists. All of our providers are board eligible or board certified.

Overall

In the past I have been happy with with Foothill Family Clinic until now. I called to set up a yearly check up and get a prescription filled at the same time. My doctor was on maternity so the receptionist asked if I would want to see another doctor. “Sure,” I said because I didn’t have a preference. I had my appointment, he did a check up, talked about my health, and renewed my prescription. All good, right? Nope. They labeled the visit as a follow up so now I billed differently (actually have to pay for the visit instead of having a free yearly check up). They are telling me I should have known that the check up that Dr. Whitbeck performed was not a yearly check up. How am I supposed to know? I called for my yearly checkup, met with Dr. Whitbeck… I think this is an issue with the receptionist’s call notes or Dr. Whitbeck not doing a thorough check up. I’m the one left paying the bill that I wasn’t supposed to. There are a lot of doctors out there so I won’t return to them next time.
