I purchased my gown and got my alterations done at Fantasy Bridal. I completely changed my wedding dress and it came out just how I wanted it! They made it so it was a custom dress to fit me perfectly. They finished with all of my alterations within a month and now I don't have to worry about rushing to get it all done! I would recommend them to anyone who wants someone that they can trust with their dress!

I loved the wide variety of dresses that were available at Fantasy Bridal. They didn't have the best customer service though. Sometimes it was really hard to track someone down to help me. I wasn't happy with their tailoring either. So if you find a dress there I highly suggest you take it somewhere else. The first time I went in for a fitting my bustle was crooked and the hem was uneven. Even after they retailored it I wasn't completely satisfied with the fit.

After a very long and tiring day of trying on dresses. Fantasy Bridal was our last stop for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a nice change from the last place we went to. They had a large selection in the style I wanted and most of the dresses were reasonably priced.
I ended up buying the third dress I tried on. Once I put that dress on all other dresses faded from my mind. My sister had to make me take it off I wanted to go home in the dress that day. However I needed some slight alterations.
They were finished with my dress 6 days ahead of schedule it was great!

Everyone at the store was so helpful and so easy to work with. They really listened to what I wanted and were very accommodating. The alterations for my wedding gown were done fairly quickly and they did a great job. I highly recommend Fantasy Bridal. I have several friends that purchased their dresses her also and they all loved it!

The woman that owns this store is an awful lady. I think her name is Stacy, and just because of her, I would not recommend this store to ANYONE! You'd think if you owned a Bridal Store, you'd be a happy, excited person for your customers, but she is such a negative, unhappy person. I did buy my dress here, and it was sort of a struggle, because my dress kept having to be taken in to get fixed because the alterations kept falling apart, and they wouldn't get it right (and you think they would have done it right for how insanely expensive they are). And the entire time trying to get my dress fixed, she treated me like such a burdan, making her go through so much trouble to help me. I was even in the back in the dressing room and I had walked out for a second and heard her talking about me, not saying very nice things. I left the store in tears, feeling very degraded. Going to a bridal store, the brides want to be treated like they are each individually special, and she makes them feel like crap. I hope she reads this so she knows that you make the experience for these girls so nasty and negative. If you can't be a good manager for BRIDES, get out of the buisness!

I was the MOH in my friend's wedding. Working with this store was an absolute nightmare from day one when all the bridesmaids were charged extra for plus sized dresses (even though we aren't plus sized). Once the dresses arrived, and I called to schedule my fitting, I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with the same woman who overcharged us. I explained that I live about an hour away and requested a weekend appointment. She was so rude and unaccomodating and basically told me off! She told me they only do fittings on weekdays (which is impossible for me, as I'm sure it is for many working people), and said that I can pick the dress up and have it done elsewhere. When I went to pick it up (on a Saturday), I noticed that they were, in fact, doing fittings. I asked about it and was told that those spots were saved for out of towners (what am I then?). They then offered to do my fitting, right then and there, if I was ""really so upset about it"" (without my shoes or underclothes). I refused and took my business (and money) elsewhere and boy am I glad I did! Only one of the 4 bridesmaids actually had them alter her dress and they screwed up the top so badly (the bridesmaid looked like she had 4 breasts!) the bride had to have extra fabric overnighted to have it fixed by my tailor- with one week left to the wedding! The worst part of our experience is when the bride called to complain about how I was treated. Turns out, the nasty woman I dealt with was the manager! She told the bride, basically, that it's not her problem, blamed it all on me, made her cry, then hung up on her! Seriously! We gave that store $900 worth of our business and this is how we got treated! The way I see it, if a store has customer service this appaling, they don't deserve customers.
